| 中文摘要： | 当今社会，随着数字化技术的发展，数字经济逐渐发展壮大，已经成为国民经济的重要环节。持续深化产业数字化转型，加快数字技术在产业链各环节的深度应用。以行业应用为牵引，以典型应用为核心，重新对企业流程进行再造，创新商务模式已经成为各行各业的发展趋势。 本文以Z公司压力仪表检验流程再造项目为例，论证通过数字化工具进行流程再造的效果。本文首先研究了流程再造理论国内外现状，提炼研究内容和思路；其次对流程再造的原理、特点、指导原则和方法以及约束理论的原理和核心步骤进行了回顾；然后介绍了Z公司企业情况和所开展的压力仪表检验业务情况，对业务发展的存在的问题运用相关分析理论进行分析，提出通过数字化工具进行流程优化的思路和内容；最后分析了流程再造得以实现的保障措施并对流程再造的效果进行了评价。通过该项目流程再造的全过程分析，得出企业流程再造应该重点关注内容的结论，并对论文的研究不足和企业的后续发展进行了展望。 本文根据流程再造理论，依托数字化工具，重新对压力仪表检验业务进行了流程再造，创新了商业模式，推动了企业压力仪表检验业务的转型升级。希望对相关行业的创新发展提供有价值的借鉴和参考。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In today's society, with the development of digital technology, digital economy has gradually developed and grown, and has become an important link in the national economy. We will continue to deepen industrial digital transformation and accelerate the in-depth application of digital technologies in all links of the industrial chain. Taking industry application as the traction and typical application as the core, re-engineering the enterprise process and innovating the business model have become the development trend of all walks of life. This thesis takes Z company’s ”The pressure instrument inspection process reengineering project” as an example to demonstrate the effect of process reengineering through digital tools. Firstly, this thesis studies the current situation of process reengineering theory in various countries around the world, and the research content and ideas are refined. Secondly, it makes a theoretical review of the principles, characteristics, guiding principles and methods of process reengineering as well as the principles and core steps of constraint theory. Then, it introduces the company Z’s situation and the business situation of pressure instrument project, and analyzing the problems of business development by using correlative analysis theory, and puts forward the ideas and contents of process optimization through digital tools. Finally, the thesis analyzed the safeguard measures for the realization of process reengineering and evaluated it’s effect. By analyzing the whole process of the project, the thesis draws the conclusion that BPR should focus on the content, and the research inadequacy of the thesis and the follow-up development of the enterprise are prospected. Based on the process reengineering theory and relying on digital tools, this thesis re-reconstructs the process of pressure instrument inspection business, innovates the business model, and promotes the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise's pressure instrument inspection business. Hope to provide valuable reference for the innovation and development of related industries. | |
