| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济一体化的加剧,世界经济形势发生了巨大的变化,信息技术与物联网的发展成为了今后经济发展的方向标,石油行业构建高效合理的供应链管理体系具有重要的现实意义。由于近年来自然灾害频发,疫情的蔓延,以及地缘政治冲突事件频发,石油供应链受外界不确定因素影响愈加严重,面对不可抗力等风险时,往往因为没有相关经验而处于被动状态,错过了调整的时机,增大了供应链修复的风险,影响后期石油供应链的稳定运营。构建灵活,协调以及可恢复的供应链系统成为当今石油行业供应链管理的重要战略目标。目前尚缺乏有关石油供应链弹性的管理体系,难以在战略决策中面对风险问题取得先机。因此,能够建立系统的石油供应链管理体系,识别石油供应链弹性中的风险因素及相互关联关系,构建供应链弹性指标评价体系,发现并规避石油企业供应链中的风险薄弱环节,帮助石油企业完善供应链体系。 本文基于供应链风险管理、供应链弹性相关理论,结合国内外相关文献进行研究,分析了将石油系统中的供应链和供应链弹性理论结合研究的必要性。其次,使用文献分析法从弹性能力方向对影响石油供应链弹性的因素进行识别并构建了初始的供应链弹性评价指标体系,再通过问卷调查筛选得出最终弹性评价指标,分别使用层次分析法、熵权法对评价指标的权重进行计算,最终对主客观权重进行组合赋权得出评价指标的综合权重,在此基础上使用物元可拓法构建石油供应链弹性评价模型。最终基于所构建的物元可拓模型,以Z石油公司作为实际案例,通过分析得出该企业的弹性指标处于弹性较强的状态,部分指标相对薄弱的结果,根据最终结果针对性提出优化建议。 本文通过对石油行业的供应链弹性进行评价研究,在理论方面为石油供应链研究提供了参考价值,同时在实践过程中帮助企业更好的衡量供应链弹性水平,提高供应链抵抗风险的能力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the intensification of global economic integration, the world economic situation has undergone tremendous changes. The development of information technology and the Internet of Things has become the direction of future economic development. It is of great practical significance for the petroleum industry to build an efficient and reasonable supply chain management system. Due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, the spread of epidemics, and frequent geopolitical conflicts in recent years, the oil supply chain has been increasingly affected by external uncertainties. When faced with risks such as force majeure, people are often in a passive state because they have no relevant experience and miss out. This delays the opportunity for adjustment, increases the risk of supply chain repair, and affects the stable operation of the oil supply chain in the later period. Building a flexible, coordinated and recoverable supply chain system has become an important strategic goal of supply chain management in today's petroleum industry. There is currently a lack of management system for the elasticity of the oil supply chain, making it difficult to take the lead in facing risk issues in strategic decision-making. Therefore, it is possible to establish a systematic petroleum supply chain management system, identify risk factors and interrelated relationships in the petroleum supply chain elasticity, build a supply chain elasticity index evaluation system, discover and avoid risky and weak links in the petroleum enterprise supply chain, and help petroleum enterprises Improve the supply chain system. This thesis conducts research based on relevant theories of petroleum supply chain and supply chain elasticity, combined with relevant domestic and foreign literature, and analyzes the necessity of combining the theory of supply chain and supply chain elasticity in the petroleum system. Secondly, the literature analysis method was used to identify the factors affecting the elasticity of the petroleum supply chain from the direction of elasticity capabilities and an initial supply chain elasticity evaluation index system was constructed. The final elasticity evaluation index was obtained through questionnaire survey. The analytic hierarchy process, The entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index, and finally the subjective and objective weights are combined and weighted to obtain the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index. On this basis, a petroleum supply chain elasticity evaluation model is constructed using the matter-element extension method. Finally, based on the constructed matter-element extension model, taking Z Petroleum Company as an actual case, it was concluded through analysis that the elasticity index of the enterprise is in a state of strong elasticity, and some indicators are relatively weak. Based on the final results, targeted optimization suggestions are put forward. . This thesis evaluates and studies the supply chain elasticity of the petroleum industry, which provides reference value for petroleum supply chain research in theory. At the same time, it helps enterprises to better measure the elasticity level of the supply chain and improve the supply chain's ability to resist risks in practice. | |
