| 中文摘要: | 随着全球经济的飞速发展,企业也在面临着日益竞争激烈的市场。作为企业重要管理职能的人力资源管理也在进行角色的转变。人力资源的管理角色正在从日常操作性事物的部门转变为战略管理的职能。在控制成本,最大合理化配置资源的情况下,人力资源在向战略型人力资源管理的过程通过建立人力资源共享服务模式来进行资源整合,将行政事务性工作通过共享和标准流程来规范操作流程,并通过人力资源外包和外部服务商的参与等形式实现流程化管理。其中,跨国人力资源外包商A公司对在华跨国企业人力资源流程外包和共享服务中的参与模式很有代表性。本文试图对其进行研究。 本文首先对人力资源外包、人力资源专业外包服务和人力资源共享服务模式进行简要综述,重点介绍了人力资源共享服务和人力资源外包的关系。通过人力资源外包商A公司的实际案例,详细介绍了以信息系统为基础的人力资源专业外包的服务模式、运营流程和人才管理特点,并以A公司重点客户M公司和F公司为实例详细介绍了A公司的核心业务-人力资源流程外包(HRO)的服务内容。根据运营中的实际问题总结了A公司HRO业务模块中所面临的关于人才的挑战、业务拓展以及与企业合作的问题,并根据企业自身的特点提出了相应的对策。 根据本人在A公司及M公司的实际工作经验,通过实例的分析了人力资源流程外包服务企业在跨国企业中共享模式中的服务模式,研究了外包企业服务中出现的问题并提出对策。希望本文对于国内目前少有的、尚处于起步阶段的以信息系统为基础的专业人力资源流程外包服务模式的研究提供了第一手的资料,也希望研究结果能为未来研究人力资源商务流程外包以及发展问题提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of global economic, corporations also faced for big challenges, so did for Human Resources Management. In such situation, the role of Human Resources role is transferring from operation role to strategic management role. As for the cost control and working efficiency, Human Resources department began to set up HR share service center subject to be strategic HR role, then to get the purpose of resource integration. Through the shared and standard policy to facilitate the operation processing, then the main method is Human Resource outsourcing. Firstly, the paper overviews Human Resource outsourcing (HRO), professional HR business HR outsourcing and HR shared service center. Focus on the relationship between HR shared services and HR outsourcing. According to the business case of company A to illustrate the service model, operation process and talent management of BPO company, and cited the case of VIP customer company M and company F, described the content of core business HRO. Summarized the challenges of company A which included talent, business expand and business cooperation, and then advanced the suggestions according to these materials. As the writer had several years’ working experience both in company A and company M, according to the true story to analyze the problem of HRO Company and status then provide the suggestions. Maybe it will help for study of started HRO and provide the study materials, hope the paper will useful for it. | |
