中文摘要：	我国已进入老龄化社会。老年人的健康问题对老年人个体、家庭与社会均十分重要。健康中国战略将老年人健康问题纳入国家发展的重要议程，明确了老年人健康在社会发展中的重要地位。本研究认为，老年人健康知识对老年人做好健康管理，提升健康素养至关重要。为了提高老年人的健康知识水平，帮助老年人做好健康管理，本研究在健康中国战略背景下开展了老年人健康知识管理研究。本研究的主要研究工作与结论包括： 第一，从功能需求、渠道需求、内容需求、认知需求四个方面分别对老年人健康知识需求进行了分析与阐述，说明了老年人对健康知识的详细需要，为老年人开展具体的健康行动指明了方向。 第二，将老年人健康知识获取、健康知识共享、健康知识评估、健康知识采纳与利用四个环节视为一个整体，以老年人健康知识获取为起点，以健康知识利用为终点，探析该过程中健康知识共享的障碍与规律。 第三，分析了老年人健康知识管理保障情况，为老年人开展健康知识管理行动提供了丰富的社会资源和坚实的后盾，为老年人从出现健康知识管理需求，到获取到健康知识内容，再到最终利用健康知识内容应对自身健康问题保驾护航。 第四，根据老年人访谈、观察数据与网络调研资料初步建立了老年人健康知识管理机制并进行解读，之后通过采集并分析相关领域专家的意见，对初步建立的老年人健康知识管理机制进行了优化。 第五，根据建立好的老年人健康知识管理机制理论，从挖掘老年人健康知识需求、促进老年人健康知识管理行动、提升老年人健康知识管理保障三个方面提出老年人健康知识管理促进对策。 本研究的主要贡献体现在以下五个方面：①明确了老年人健康知识需求；②探究了老年人健康知识管理行动中的规律；③调研了老年人健康知识管理保障情况；④构建并优化了老年人健康知识管理机制理论模型；⑤针对性提出了老年人健康知识管理促进对策。
英文摘要：	China has entered an aging society. The health problems of the elderly are very important for the elderly individuals, families and society. The Healthy China strategy has brought the health problems of the elderly into the important agenda of national development, and has clarified the important status of the health of the elderly in social development. This study believes that the health knowledge of the elderly is crucial for the elderly to do a good job in health management and improve health literacy. In order to improve the level of health knowledge of the elderly and help the elderly do a good job in health management, this study has carried out the research on the health knowledge management of the elderly under the background of the Healthy China strategy. The main research work and conclusions of this study include: First, the health knowledge needs of the elderly are analyzed and elaborated from four aspects: functional needs, channel needs, content needs, and cognitive needs, which illustrates the detailed needs of the elderly for health knowledge and points out the direction for the elderly to carry out specific health actions. Second, the elderly health knowledge acquisition, health knowledge sharing, health knowledge evaluation, health knowledge adoption and utilization four links as a whole, with the elderly health knowledge acquisition as the starting point, to health knowledge utilization as the end point, to explore the elderly from health knowledge acquisition to knowledge evaluation, and then to the knowledge adoption and utilization process of health knowledge sharing obstacles and rules. Third, analyzes the health knowledge management and guarantee of the elderly, for the elderly to carry out health knowledge management action provides a wealth of social resources and solid support, for the elderly from the emergence of health knowledge management needs, to obtain health knowledge content, and finally use health knowledge content to deal with their own health problems escort. Fourth, according to the elderly interview, observation data and network research data preliminary established the elderly health knowledge management mechanism and interpretation, and then through the collection and analysis of the opinions of experts in the relevant field, the preliminary establishment of the elderly health knowledge management mechanism was optimized. Fifth, according to the established theory of the elderly health knowledge management mechanism, from the mining of the elderly health knowledge needs, promote the elderly health knowledge management action, improve the elderly health knowledge management security three aspects put forward the elderly health knowledge management promotion countermeasures. The main contributions of this study are reflected in the following five aspects: ①clarifying the health knowledge needs of the elderly; ②exploring the laws in the health knowledge management of the elderly; ③investigating the health knowledge management guarantee of the elderly; ④constructing and optimizing the theoretical model of the health knowledge management mechanism of the elderly; ⑤proposing targeted countermeasures to promote the health knowledge management of the elderly.
