| 中文摘要: | 随着全球竞争环境的改变及供应链管理作用的日益突出,业务外包正在迅速崛起,成为企业获得竞争优势的重要手段。外包(Outsourcing)实际上是一种商业战略,即企业把内部业务的一部分分包给外部专门机构,其实质是企业重新定位,截取价值链中比较窄的部分,重置企业的各种资源,将资源集中于最能反映企业相对优势的领域,构筑自己的竞争优势,获得使企业持续发展的能力。 外包提供商通过不断地开拓创新,帮助企业和政府创造价值,实现卓越。凭借精通行业知识和业务流程的专家、技术专长、广泛的全球资源和丰富的经验,BPO服务提供商能够灵活调配与巧妙利用最佳的人员、技能以及高科技手段为业务外包企业提供某一经营流程中某些作业活动甚至是整个流程的专业服务,帮助企业提高绩效。 作为业务流程外包(Business Process Outsourcing, BPO)服务提供商面临着更加激烈的竞争,为了能够在竞争中占优,BPO服务提供商也需要建立自己的竞争优势。目前公认的全球领先的外包服务提供国是印度和爱尔兰,而中国则是众多跨国发包企业所关注的未来的焦点。一方面,基于中国IT行业的基础,有很多中国企业想要进入并且已经初步进入BPO服务行业,另一方面,跨国外包企业看中中国相对丰富的人力资源、低廉的成本和越来越成熟的市场,纷纷将自己的外包中心建立在中国。本研究正是研究面对业务流程外包的迅猛发展,我国企业以及我国BPO服务提供商应有的对策。在我国外包服务市场快速发展的大背景下,希望通过对外包服务市场的产生原因、发展过程、市场特点、和当前的趋势的探寻,为我国即将涉足外包服务市场的行业性或区域性外包服务提供商提供有益思考。为有意将业务外包的中国企业提供对策。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the change of the global competition environment and the supply chain management function increasingly important, the business process outsourcing are quickly rising and becoming the important means that the business enterprise acquires competitive advantage. The Outsourcing is a kind of strategy actually, namely the business enterprise make the specialized organization to finish some internal part of its business process. In fact, the quality of BPO is that a business enterprise to relocate its resources. From BPO, the company can own the ability that the business enterprise keeps on a development. The outsourcing provides help the business enterprise and government to create value from it’s constantly innovation. With the help of expert who master in the profession knowledge and the business process, technique specialty, extensive global resources and abundant experience, the BPO Company provides the professional service of one of its buyer’s activity to help the buyer to promote its performance. BPO service providers are facing a competition from other BPO service providers. They must build their own competitive advantage. The generally accepted world leaders of the BPO service providers’ country are India and Ireland, but China is the focus of numerous multinationals buyers. In one side, there are a lot of Chinese business enterprises to want to enter and already initial enter the BPO service market. In another side, many multinationals business enterprises want to enter china BPO market too, because of abundant human resource, low cost and more and more mature market in China. This research analyses the theories base of BPO and the trend of the world BPO market. Through these analyses this article makes some projects to help the BPO provider to develop their business, especially for china BPO providers. | |
