中文摘要：	百年未有之大变局下，国际供应链的不稳定性明显增大，对供应链上下游的企业造成了严重的外部冲击。尤其是国际农产品供应链，受到新冠肺炎疫情蔓延、自然灾害频发及地缘政治冲突等风险事件的影响，呈现出脆弱、多变的特征，受此影响我国的广大依赖于农产品进口的企业面临着较大的经营风险。然而，面对着国际供应链的新环境，我国的许多相关企业还没有形成一个清晰的认知，没能厘清国际供应链变动给企业经营所带来的风险和挑战，也就难以采取合理的应对措施去控制风险。 本文将存货风险作为核心和切入点，选取了Y饲料公司这家高度依赖于从国际供应链进口大豆用于饲料加工贸易的案例公司，对其在国际供应链不稳定环境下的存货风险管理问题进行分析，发现Y公司在存货风险管理中面临的主要问题是对当前的价格波动风险、汇率波动风险、供应链中断风险的管理不够完善，亟需通过完善这些风险的管理来提升公司存货风险管理系统的有效性。 本文的主要特点在于从案例公司的实际情况出发，聚焦Y饲料公司在国际供应链不稳定背景下新面临的重大存货风险，对每项风险的管理问题逐一进行分析，并分别提出具有针对性的应对措施，希望能够对Y饲料公司的存货风险管理提供一定的指导作用，增强其在国际供应链不稳定环境之下的抗风险能力。此外，希望本文对于Y饲料公司的存货风险管理研究，能够为国内众多受到国际供应链影响的企业该如何进行风险管理提供一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	In the unprecedented upheaval of the century, the instability of the international supply chain has significantly increased, causing severe external impacts on businesses both upstream and downstream of the chain. Particularly in the international agricultural supply chain, risks such as the spread of COVID-19, frequent natural disasters, and geopolitical conflicts have rendered it fragile and volatile. As a result, many Chinese enterprises heavily reliant on imported agricultural products face substantial operational risks. However, in the face of this new environment in the international supply chain, many relevant Chinese enterprises lack a clear understanding and fail to grasp the risks and challenges posed to their operations by the changes in the international supply chain, making it difficult to adopt reasonable measures to control risks. This paper takes inventory risk as the core and entry point, selecting Y Feed Company, a case company highly dependent on importing soybeans from the international supply chain for feed processing and trading, to analyze the inventory risk management issues it faces in the unstable environment of the international supply chain. It is found that Y Company's main problems in inventory risk management include inadequate management of current price fluctuations, exchange rate fluctuations, and supply chain interruptions, which urgently need to be addressed to enhance the effectiveness of the company's inventory risk management system. The main feature of this paper is to start from the actual situation of the case company, focusing on the significant inventory risks faced by Y Feed Company under the unstable background of the international supply chain, analyzing each risk management issue in detail, and proposing targeted countermeasures. It is hoped that this will provide guidance for the inventory risk management of Y Feed Company and enhance its ability to resist risks in the unstable environment of the international supply chain. Additionally, it is hoped that this research on inventory risk management of Y Feed Company will provide meaningful references for many domestic enterprises affected by the international supply chain on how to conduct risk management.
