| 中文摘要: | 随着传统的存贷利差不断收窄,银行业先前以“坐吃利差”为主的盈利模式已难以满足其日益增长的利润需求。零售银行业务以其服务导向和轻资产运营的特点,近年来已成为银行业利润增长的新引擎,但中原银行在此领域起步相对较晚,且规模和技术支持存在不足。同时,复杂的经济环境、严格的监管要求、模糊的企业边界以及趋于同质化的产品和服务,都限制其在竞争中的优势。因此,中原银行亟需识别并开发零售银行业务的核心能力,以适应市场的快速变化。 本文选取中原银行零售银行业务为研究对象,首先梳理企业核心能力理论及企业外部环境分析的相关理论。随后,运用PEST分析、产业竞争环境分析和产业及其核心能力演变分析等方法,对中原银行零售银行业务所处的内外部环境进行深入地剖析,明确其在产业演变趋势中的核心能力地位,并基于当前经营现状和零售银行业务及其核心能力的发展现状,识别出目前零售银行业务及其核心能力存在的问题。在利用核心能力分类工具对中原银行零售银行业务的核心能力进行明确的分类后,依据哈默的战略分组及产业细分理论,并结合其在产业演变中的核心能力特征,识别出未来所需的核心能力;之后通过分析每个核心能力所包含的具体技能,充分了解实有核心能力的优势与不足。在识别未来应有的核心能力的基础上,基于核心能力的竞争则以核心能力的开发、使用和保护三个主题展开。根据所获得的未来核心能力和核心技能的相关结论,同时基于哈默资源撬动理论、产业演变三阶段和核心能力—产品矩阵图有关理论,探讨如何开发这些核心能力;结合核心能力与竞争优势之间的内在联系,通过分析基于核心能力的产品市场层的竞争优势,探讨如何使用这些核心能力;并从决策性防范、制度性防范和竞争性防范三方面,探讨如何保护这些核心能力。 本文通过深入研究中原银行零售银行业务实有和应有的核心能力,并在此基础上进一步识别基于核心能力的产品市场层的竞争优势,从而为中原银行零售银行业务在激烈的市场竞争中制定有效的核心能力使用措施提供参考依据。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the traditional deposit-loan interest rate differential continues to narrow, the profit model of the banking industry that previously relied on "sitting on the interest rate differential" has become difficult to meet its increasing profit demand. With its service-oriented and asset-light operation characteristics, retail banking business has become a new engine of profit growth in the banking industry in recent years. However, Zhongyuan Bank started late in this field and lacks sufficient scale and technical support. At the same time, complex economic environment, strict regulatory requirements, vague corporate boundaries, and homogenized products and service have limited its competitive advantages. Therefore, Zhongyuan Bank urgently needs to examine and construct its core competencies in retail banking business to adapt to the rapid changes in the market. This thesis selects the retail banking business of Zhongyuan Bank as the research object. First, it combs the theories of core competencies and the external environment analysis of enterprises. Subsequently, it uses methods such as PEST analysis, industry competitive environment analysis, and industry and its core competency evolution analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment in which Zhongyuan Bank's retail banking business operates, and clarify its core competency position in the industry evolution trend. Based on the current operating status and the development status of retail banking business and its core competencies, it identifies the existing problems in the retail banking business and its core competencies. After using the core competency classification tool to clearly classify the core competencies of Zhongyuan Bank's retail banking business, it identifies the future required core competencies based on Hammer's strategic grouping and industry segmentation theory, combined with its core competency characteristics in the industry evolution. Then, by analyzing the specific skills contained in each core competency, it fully understands the strengths and weaknesses of existing core competencies. On the basis of identifying the core competencies that should be possessed in the future, competition based on core competencies is carried out through three themes: the development, use, and protection of core competencies. Based on the relevant conclusions of the future core competencies and core skills obtained, and based on Hammer's resource leveraging theory, the three stages of industry evolution, and the core competency-product matrix diagram theory, it discusses how to develop these core competencies; it also discusses how to use these core competencies from three aspects: decision-making prevention, institutional prevention, and competitive prevention; and it discusses how to protect these core competencies from three aspects: decision-making prevention, institutional prevention, and competitive prevention. This thesis provides reference for the retail banking business of Zhongyuan Bank to formulate effective competitive strategies in the fierce market competition by in-depth research on the existing and expected core competencies of the retail banking business, and further identifying the competitive advantages based on core competencies at the product market level. | |
