中文摘要:摘要 随着新能源汽车行业的迅速发展,动力电池作为其重要的供应商正面临着极大的机遇与挑战,市场的大量需求为动力电池企业的管理方式提出更高的要求。采购管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,通过应用新一代信息技术,基于数智化社会供应链构建数据驱动型的采购管理体系,有助于企业实现更加快捷、透明的流程化管理。对于生产企业来说,采购信息化不仅可以优化企业采购流程效率,降低经营成本,更可以增强其灵活性,提升抗风险能力。 本论文主要研究G动力电池公司的采购管理。通过对G公司的采购管理信息化实践进行深入分析和研究,探讨了G公司采购管理的问题以及优化方案。首先,论文概述了研究背景和研究意义。其次,梳理了企业信息化和采购管理的相关理论基础和文献综述。接着,通过对G公司采购管理现状和问题进行分析,然后,结合采购管理的理论基础和G公司的实际情况提出采购管理的优化方案。最后,提出采购管理优化的保障措施和预期效果。 研究发现,在供应链协同、信息共享和决策支持等方面,采购管理信息化能够帮助企业提高采购效率、减少质量及交付风险,并提高供应商管理效益。论文研究不仅有助于G公司采购管理的信息化提升,也可以为其他企业的采购管理优化提供借鉴和参考。 
英文摘要:Abstract With the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry, power batteries as an important supplier are facing great opportunities and challenges, and the large demand of the market puts forward higher requirements for the management of power battery enterprises. Procurement management is an important part of enterprise management. Through the application of a new generation of information technology and the construction of a data-driven information procurement system based on the digital intelligent social supply chain, enterprises can achieve a more efficient and transparent process management. For production enterprises, procurement informatization can not only optimize the efficiency of enterprise procurement process, reduce operating costs, but also enhance its flexibility and enhance its anti-risk ability. This paper mainly studies the procurement management of G Power Battery Company. Through in-depth analysis and research of G company's procurement management informatization practice, this paper probes into the problems and optimization schemes of G Company's procurement management. Firstly, the paper summarizes the research background and significance. Secondly, it combs the relevant theoretical basis and literature review of enterprise informatization and procurement management. Then, through the analysis of the current situation and problems of G company's procurement management, and then combined with the theoretical basis of procurement management and the actual situation of G company, the optimization plan of procurement management is proposed. Finally, the safeguard measures and expected effects of procurement management optimization are put forward. It is found that in terms of supply chain coordination, information sharing and decision support, procurement management informatization can help enterprises improve procurement efficiency, reduce quality and delivery risks, and improve supplier management efficiency. The research of this paper not only contributes to the informatization of G company's procurement management, but also provides reference for other enterprises' procurement management optimization.
