| 中文摘要: | 公共数字文化资源是公共文化资源在数字化时代背景下的表现形式,是数字赋能文化的重要成果。为深入推进我国国家文化数字化发展战略,进一步实现公共文化均等化目标,我国积极开展公共数字文化资源建设,利用国家公共数字文化工程等整合数字文化资源,推动公共数字资源向基层传送。虽然我国公共数字文化资源整合目前已取得一定成果,但农村乡镇地区对公共数字文化的整合资源利用率依然不足,这制约了公共数字文化资源在农村基层的推送效果,影响乡村振兴。基于此,本研究认为应结合农村乡镇公共数字文化资源整合现状及居民对公共数字文化资源整合的实际需求,构建农村公共数字文化资源整合模式,以促进公共数字文化服务深入“最后一公里”。 本研究旨在探索农村乡镇公共数字文化资源整合模式,以天津市Y镇为例,通过文献研究和实地调研,深入分析了农村乡镇公共数字文化资源整合的现状及存在的问题,调研发现尽管国家层面对公共数字文化服务体系建设给予了高度重视,但在实际推进过程中,农村乡镇地区仍面临着资源整合力度不足、内容供需矛盾、整合平台建设有待提升等挑战。通过半结构化访谈和文本分析发现农村乡镇居民对公共数字文化资源整合存在内容需求、搜索需求、互动需求、使用需求、宣传需求和价值需求。 基于研究发现,本研究以农村乡镇居民的实际需求为导向,构建以个性化资源整合、一站式资源整合、服务性资源整合、技术性资源整合、营销式资源整合和地域化资源整合为一体的公共数字文化资源整合模式,并提出该模式实施的相关对策建议。 本研究通过构建公共数字文化资源整合模式满足农村乡镇居民文化需求,以“整合”促“服务”,对于我国农村基层公共文化服务体系建设和实现文化资源共建共享具有重要的理论和实践意义,助力国家文化数字化战略的深入实施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | ublic digital cultural resources are the manifestation of public cultural resources under the background of digital age, and are an important achievement of digital enabling culture. In order to further promote China's national cultural digital development strategy and further realize the goal of equalization of public culture, China actively carries out the construction of public digital cultural resources, uses the integration of national public digital cultural projects and other digital cultural resources, and promotes the transmission of public digital resources to the grass-roots level. Although the integration of public digital cultural resources in China has been achieved some results, the utilization rate of public digital culture in rural areas is still insufficient, which restricts the push effect of public digital cultural resources in the rural grass-roots level and affects the rural revitalization. Based on this, this study proposes that the integration mode of rural public digital cultural resources should be constructed in combination with the current situation of the integration of public digital cultural resources in rural towns and towns and the actual needs of residents for the integration of public digital cultural resources, so as to promote the "last kilometer" of public digital cultural services. This study aims to explore the rural township public digital culture resources integration mode, Tianjin Y village, for example, through the literature research and field research, in-depth analysis of the rural towns the present situation of public digital culture resources integration and the existing problems, research found that although the national level to the public digital culture service system, but in the process of actual propulsion, rural township area is still faced with the lack of resource integration, the contradiction between supply and demand, integration platform needs to improve content construction challenge. Through semi-structured interviews and text analysis, it is found that rural township residents have content, search, interaction, use, publicity and value needs for the integration of public digital cultural resources. Based on the study found that this study to the actual demand orientation, build with personalized resources integration, one-stop resource integration, service resources integration, technical resources integration, marketing resource integration and regional resource integration for the integration of public digital culture resources integration mode, and put forward the implementation of the countermeasures.
