| 中文摘要: | 随着互联网技术的发展与社会智能化水平的提高,强调线上与线下零售业务相结合的新零售理念应运而生,随之而来的是无人零售业务与无人经济的快速发展。无人经济作为国家发改委15种新业态新模式之一,为促进国家经济模式转型升级做出了巨大贡献。自助贩卖机作为无人零售行业的代表形式之一,依靠人工智能技术与智慧支付手段的不断发展,有着重要的战略发展意义以及可观的未来发展前景。近年来,自助贩卖机市场竞争愈演愈烈,提高运营效率降低运营成本成为自助贩卖机企业的运营优化目标。基于上述现实背景,本研究以自助贩卖机企业日常补货配送的运输环节作为切入点,考虑自助贩卖机作为食品零售行业所存在的商品滞销与临期的情况,并针对这一情况提出解决方案,在日常补货运输过程中将滞销与临期商品转运到畅销点位进行促销处理,并针对转运过程中的动态路径优化展开研究。本研究主要研究内容如下:研究首先分析了无人经济与无人零售的发展情况与发展前景,基于市场竞争分析了不同自助贩卖机企业面临的挑战,据此提出了将滞销商品与临期商品实时转运的运营方案与受到实时转运信息影响的动态路径优化问题。研究回顾了自助贩卖机企业运营优化与动态路径优化问题的现有研究,基于现有研究的基础上构建了以运输成本最小化为目标的多车辆补货实时转运信息响应动态路径优化模型,旨在即时满足滞销品转运需求的同时最大化降低企业运营成本。研究最后通过算例数据分析以及遗传算法求解证明该模型能够有效满足运输车辆实时转运信息响应的动态路径优化,实现企业的降本增效。本研究通过构建多车辆补货实时转运信息响应动态路径优化模型实现商品在补货运输过程中的即时转运,拓展了自助贩卖机企业运营优化相关的研究领域,有效提高自助贩卖机企业运营效率,促进市场发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of Internet technology and the improvement of social intelligence, the new retail concept that emphasizes the combination of online and offline retail business came into being, followed by the rapid development of unmanned retail business and unmanned economy. As one of the 15 new formats and models of the National Development and Reform Commission, the unmanned economy has made tremendous contributions to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the national economic model. As one of the representative forms of unmanned retail industry, vending machines rely on the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology and smart payment methods, which has important strategic development significance and considerable future development prospects. In recent years, the competition in the vending machine market has become increasingly fierce, improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs have become the operational optimization goals of vending machine enterprises.Based on the above practical background, this thesis takes the transportation process of daily replenishment and distribution in vending machine enterprises as the starting point, considers the situation of unsold and expired products in the food retail industry, and proposes solutions to this situation. In the daily replenishment transportation process, unsold and expired products are transported to popular points for promotion, and dynamic path optimization during the transportation process is studied. The main research content of this thesis is as follows: Firstly, the development situation and prospects of unmanned economy and unmanned retail were analyzed. Based on market competition, the challenges faced by different vending machine enterprises were analyzed. Based on this, an operational plan for real-time transportation of unsold and expired goods was proposed, as well as a dynamic path optimization problem affected by real-time transportation information. The thesis reviewed the existing research on the optimization of operation of vending machine enterprises and dynamic path questions. Based on the existing research, a multi vehicle replenishment real-time transportation information response dynamic path optimization model with the goal of minimizing transportation costs was constructed, aiming to meet the transportation needs of unsold goods in real-time while maximizing the reduction of enterprise operating costs. Finally, the thesis demonstrated through case data analysis and genetic algorithm solving that the model can effectively meet the dynamic path optimization of real-time transportation information response of transportation vehicles, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement for enterprises.This thesis constructs a dynamic path optimization model for real-time transportation information response of multi vehicle replenishment to achieve real-time transportation of goods during the replenishment transportation process, expanding the research field related to operation optimization of vending machine enterprises, effectively improving the operational efficiency of self-service vending machine enterprises, and promoting market development. | |
