| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile communication technologies, online health communities and online medical teams have emerged as crucial avenues for patients to access health information and engage in doctor-patient communication. This research aims to investigate the impact of the multi-source consultation model on patient health information adoption behavior and its underlying mechanisms. Utilizing text analysis method, this research constructs a dictionary of adoptive information and extract adoptive information from the online medical team's consultation records. And the Difference-in-Differences method contrasts behavior changes before and after the intervention of adding a second doctor to the team consultation, between the experimental group (multi-source consultations) and the control group (single-source consultations). Results show that: (1) online medical team multi-information source consultation has a positive effect on patients‘ health information adoption behavior in an online health community; (2) team members’ status capital (doctor's title) has a positive moderating effect on the effect of online medical team multi-information source consultation on patients' health information adoption behavior; (3) team diversity (department diversity, hospital diversity) has a positive moderating effect on the effect of online medical team. This research enriches theoretical understanding of health information adoption behavior and online medical teams and offers practical insights for optimizing online medical team structures to improve service effectiveness, fostering widespread health information adoption and enhancing positive interactions between patients and healthcare providers. | |
