中文摘要: | 教育培训工作是提升员工队伍素质能力,有效开发企业人力资源,提高企业人才软实力和核心竞争力的关键工作,是提高员工队伍职业技能和岗位能力,适应经济发展和技术进步的重点途径。其目的在于提升员工知识水平和技能,培养员工的正确的信念和价值观,使之适应新环境和新技术的要求,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。G公司作为能源行业龙头企业,近年来,为推动公司战略目标和管理举措进一步纵向深化,促进业务高效运转,不断提升公司发展能力和运营效率,激发人才队伍潜力与活力。为了匹配新时代人员的学习意愿和成长需要,各类线上线下培训开发项目逐渐呈现百花齐放的状态,由于资源的有限性,在实施前对项目价值进行评估尤为重要。 本文立足当前G公司培训中心现状,采用文献研究、问卷调查、案例研究、SPASS分析等多种方式,对培训项目价值评估现状及存在问题进行分析,根据调研结果,对体系价值评估要素进行提炼,构建评估模型,并进一步设计价值评估指标体系,同时为保障G公司今后培训项目评估工作有序开展设计评估流程。文章整体由六大部分组成,第一部分绪论,阐述本研究的背景意义与国内外研究现状,第二部分理论基础与文献综述,介绍了项目管理基本定义与其在企业中应用,以及项目管理几大重要指标,第三部分介绍了G公司当前项目评估现状以及存在的问题,第四部分构建评估模型并进行指标体系设计,第五部分设计实施保障,对整体评估流程以及评估报告模板进行设计,第六部分进行总结并提出管理建议。 本研究致力于提升公司整体项目管理水平,促进公司培训管理工作的合理化、标准化、精益化,充分发挥培训工作在经营管理和人力资源发展的重要作用,切实提高今后培训开发项目价值,加快人才队伍建设,对同类型企业有借鉴作用。 | |
英文摘要: | Education and training work is the key to improving the quality and ability of the employee team, effectively developing enterprise human resources, enhancing the soft power and core competitiveness of enterprise talents, and is a key way to improve the professional skills and job capabilities of the employee team, adapt to economic development and technological progress. Its purpose is to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, cultivate their correct beliefs and values, adapt them to the requirements of new environments and technologies, and thereby enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. As a leading enterprise in the energy industry, G Company has been continuously enhancing its development capabilities and operational efficiency in recent years to further deepen its strategic goals and management measures, promote efficient business operations, and stimulate the potential and vitality of its talent team. In order to match the learning willingness and growth needs of personnel in the new era, various online and offline training and development projects are gradually showing a diverse state. Due to the limited resources, it is particularly important to evaluate the project value before implementation. Based on the current status of the current training center of Company G, this thesis adopts a variety of methods such as literature research, questionnaire survey, case study, and spass analysis. And further design the value evaluation index system, and at the same time, the design evaluation process is carried out in order to ensure the orderly training project assessment work. The overall is divided into six parts. The first part of the introduction is explained to the significance of the background and the current status of the research at home and abroad. The second part of the theoretical foundation and literature review is introduced.
