中文摘要:当前全球化趋势和激烈的市场竞争中,团队成为了企业持续发展的关键力量。特别对于处于国际贸易背景下的企业来说,高效、稳定的团队更是其应对复杂多变市场环境、提升竞争力的核心要素。A公司作为一家国际贸易企业,面临着日益加剧的市场竞争和不断变化的客户需求,其团队管理的重要性不言而喻。研究首先梳理了团队与团队管理的相关概念,界定了高绩效团队及其管理的内涵,为后续分析提供了理论基础。通过对A公司团队管理现状的调研,发现存在新成员不符合要求、团队内部矛盾、成员不稳定、积极性不高以及业绩不理想等问题,并深入分析了这些问题的原因,如缺乏科学的成员选拔流程、沟通与协调机制不完善、培养机制不明确、激励机制不完善以及决策模式不合理等。 针对这些问题,本研究提出了A公司高绩效团队管理的策略,包括明确团队管理的原则和目标,优化沟通与协作策略,完善招聘培养和发展机会,设计有效的激励机制,以及建立科学的决策和问题解决机制。同时,为确保高绩效团队管理的顺利实施,本研究还提出了相应的保障措施,包括构建支持性的企业文化和人力资源管理体系,优化组织结构和制度设计,以及构建高效的信息系统。 研究结论表明,通过实施这些策略和保障措施,A公司有望构建更加高效、稳定的团队,提升其在国际贸易市场中的竞争力。此外,本研究还指出了研究的局限性和未来展望,为进一步深入研究提供了方向。这一研究不仅对A公司具有指导意义,也为其他面临类似挑战的国际贸易企业提供了宝贵的借鉴和参考。 
英文摘要:In the current globalization trend and fierce market competition, the team has become the key force for the sustainable development of enterprises. Especially for enterprises in the context of international trade, an efficient and stable team is the core element to cope with the complex and changing market environment and enhance competitiveness. As an international trading enterprise, Company A is faced with increasing market competition and ever-changing customer demands, so the importance of its team management is self-evident. At first, the research sorted out the related concepts of team and team management, defined the connotation of high performance team and its management, and provided a theoretical basis for subsequent analysis. Through the investigation of the current situation of team management in Company A, it is found that new members do not meet the requirements, internal contradictions, unstable members, low enthusiasm and unsatisfactory performance, and the reasons for these problems are deeply analyzed. Such as lack of scientific member selection process, communication and coordination mechanism is not perfect, training mechanism is not clear, incentive mechanism is not perfect and decision-making mode is not reasonable. In response to these problems, this study puts forward the strategies for high-performance team management of Company A, including clarifying the principles and objectives of team management, optimizing communication and collaboration strategies, improving recruitment, training and development opportunities, designing effective incentive mechanisms, and establishing scientific decision-making and problem solving mechanisms. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of high-performance team management, this study also puts forward corresponding safeguard measures, including building a supportive corporate culture and human resource management system, optimizing organizational structure and system design, and building an efficient information system. The research conclusion shows that by implementing these strategies and safeguard measures, Company A is expected to build a more efficient and stable team and enhance its competitiveness in the international trade market. In addition, this study also points out the limitations and future prospects of the study, which provides the direction for further research. This study not only has guiding significance for Company A, but also provides valuable reference for other international trade enterprises facing similar challenges.
