中文摘要:在新经济时代,信息化和经济全球化促使创新速度不断加快、产品和产业生命周期逐渐缩短,企业内外部环境日趋复杂。及时和成功的战略转型已经成为企业持续发展的必经之路。因此,企业向何方转型、如何转型已成为一个事关企业生存与长远发展的问题。 本文以“天津瑞灵公司战略转型”为基础,结合瑞灵公司12年的发展经历,探讨企业战略转型的重要性,并针对企业在转型过程中出现的实际问题及取得的成果进行研究与分析。天津瑞灵公司成立于1997年,是一家专业从事工业自动化工程方案解决和系统集成的高新技术企业。公司集自动产品的研发、设计、制造、销售和服务于一体,致力于先进的传动技术,在石油、冶金及其他工业领域的开发与应用。为了适应新形势,谋求新发展,实现新跨越,瑞灵公司又投入巨资,在天津开发区空港物流加工区建设了现代化的生产基地,总占地36亩。伴随着天津新一轮的开发开放和天津滨海新区纳入国家整体发展战略,瑞灵公司也历史性地迎来了新的发展机遇。通过对瑞灵公司企业自身动因及外部宏观背景的分析,确认了企业战略转型的必要性;然后通过比较五种企业战略转型模式的特点分析及其风险评估,并结合瑞灵公司实施转型过程中可能面临的风险,包括:企业定位的风险、技术风险、市场风险、转型刚度把握的风险、观念转变的风险、财务风险及其他风险,明确了瑞灵公司的具体转型模式,即采用先以风险小、速度快的战略项目转型模式,用原有核心业务支撑项目的发展,随着新业务的不断成熟壮大,最终实现公司从以工程项目为主向以高新技术产品研发、生产和销售为主的核心业务的战略转型;最后制定出有利于实现企业转型的具体措施。本文的最终目的是为企业的战略转型提供一种具有实效性和可行性的思路参考,以完成事关长远的企业战略转型。  
英文摘要:In the New Economy Era,informatization and economic globalization have led to the acceleration of innovation,the shorten of lifecycle of product and industry,the increasingly complicated internal and external environment of enterprise. Timely and successful strategy transformation is absolutely indispensable for sustainability of every enterprise. As a result,it is important for survival and long-term development of an enterprise to find a right way of strategy transformation. Based on twelve years development of Tianjin Ruiling Automation Engineering Co., Ltd, this paper explores the importance of strategic transformation, and research and analysis of practical problems arising and fruit. Tianjin Ruiling Automation Engineering Co.,Ltd established in 1997, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in industrial automation engineering solution and systems integration. The company concentrate in research and development, manufacturing, sales and services of automatic products and development and dedicated to the development and application of cutting-edge transmission technologies in petroleum, metallurgical and other industrial areas. In order to adapt to the new situation, seek new development, and achieve a new leap, Ruiling company build a modern production base covering 36 mu in Tianjin airport industry area with large amount of money. With new development and opening up of Tianjin and Tianjin Binhai New Area is brought into the national overall development strategy, Ruiling company meet new development opportunity historically. This paper confirm the necessity of strategy transformation by analyzing Self-motivation and external macro-background of Ruiling company; then define specific transformation mode of Ruiling company by analyzing the character and evaluate risk of five kind enterprise strategic transformation mode and combine risks which Ruiling company will face in process of strategy transformation, including: enterprise orientation risk, technology risk, market risk, transformation stiffness risk, change conception risk, finance risk and other risk, the transformation mode is adopt strategy transformation mode with small risk and high speed firstly, that is sustain project development by former core business, and finally achieve core business’s strategy transformation from project-based to R&D, produce and sales of high-tech product as new business continues to grow; lastly, author constitute specific measure in favor of enterprise transformation. The ultimate goal of this paper is to provide an effective and feasible thinking reference for strategic transformation of enterprises, in order to complete enterprise strategy transformation concerning the long-term development.
