| 中文摘要: | 摘要 随着中国经济的高速发展,国民的受教育水平日益提高,对于教育的重视度也在持续攀升,相关教育需求也呈现出多样化发展趋势。目前国内培训教育类型主要有兴趣班培训、学科类教育培训、成人职业教育培训等多种类型。本文研究的T培训企业就是隶属于成人职业教育培训领域。该企业的师资人员面临着经常出差,工作模式单一,工作和家庭之间难以平衡等问题,该群体受到行业以及企业工作性质等多重因素的影响,T培训企业的师资人员越来越早的面临职业生涯高原问题,即:个体较快进入工作内容难以继续丰富、继续晋升可能性较小、职业生涯停滞的阶段。这不仅影响了师资人员自身的职业发展,也对企业的持续发展有着不可忽视的影响。 本文主要围绕T培训企业师资人员的职业生涯高原问题展开研究,通过文献研究法、调查研究法等多种方式研究职业生涯高原理论并且搜集T培训企业相关数据。目前,该企业师资人员的职业生涯高原问题主要分为:结构高原、内容高原和个人高原三大类。通过对T培训企业的调研分析,发现造成T培训企业师资人员职业生涯高原的影响因素主要有四大类:个人因素、家庭因素、组织因素以及社会因素。在具体分析各类影响因素后,考虑到组织的管理范围,本文主要围绕企业可以通过哪些措施来解决师资人员职业生涯高原问题。因此,本文建议的措施有:可以从组织调整来改善结构高原;多元发展来延缓内容高原的到来;从优化管理角度减少个人高原问题;另外,除了以上解决措施外,T培训企业还需要从福利、企业文化等方面提升保障措施,以更好地保障T培训企业师资人员的工作状态,避免职业生涯高原问题的发生。希望通过本文的研究,可以帮助师资人员和T培训企业实现各自的发展需求,为相关企业提供一些借鉴和参考。 关键字:职业生涯高原;人力资源开发;教育培训行业;师资人员 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, the education level of the people is increasingly improving, and the importance of education is also continuously increasing. The demand for related education is also showing a diversified development trend. At present, the main types of training and education in China include interest class training, subject education training, adult vocational education training, and other types. The T training enterprise studied in this article belongs to the field of adult vocational education and training. The teaching staff of the company are facing problems such as frequent business trips, a single work mode, and difficulty in balancing work and family. This group is influenced by multiple factors such as industry and the nature of the company's work. The teaching staff of T training company are increasingly facing the problem of career plateau, which is: individuals enter the stage of difficult to continue enriching work content, low possibility of further promotion, and career stagnation. This not only affects the career development of teaching staff themselves, but also has an undeniable impact on the sustainable development of enterprises. This article mainly focuses on the issue of career plateau for teachers in T training enterprises. Through various methods such as literature research and survey research, the theory of career plateau is studied and relevant data on T training enterprises is collected. At present, the career plateau issues of the teaching staff in this enterprise are mainly divided into three categories: structural plateau, content plateau, and personal plateau. Through research and analysis of T training enterprises, it was found that there are four main types of factors that affect the career plateau of teachers in T training enterprises: personal factors, family factors, organizational factors, and social factors. After analyzing various influencing factors in detail and considering the scope of organizational management, this article mainly focuses on what measures enterprises can take to solve the problem of high career prospects for teaching staff. Therefore, the measures suggested in this article include: improving the structural plateau through organizational adjustments; Diversified development to delay the arrival of the content plateau; Reduce personal high-altitude issues from the perspective of optimizing management; In addition, in addition to the above solutions, T training enterprises also need to improve their security measures in terms of welfare, corporate culture, etc., in order to better ensure the working status of T training enterprise's faculty and avoid the occurrence of career plateau problems. I hope that through the research in this article, it can help teachers and T training enterprises meet their respective development needs, and provide some reference and inspiration for relevant enterprises.
