中文摘要:随着世界新一轮产业结构调整,服务业和服务贸易在各国经济中的地位不断提升,服务贸易发展更加趋于活跃,服务业国际转移逐渐成为新的经济热点。根据《2004年世界投资报告:转向服务业》的研究,随着经济的繁荣,社会需求变得更加多样化,消费支出开始转向服务业,这种需求的推动带来了服务业的迅速发展。2001年,服务业平均占发达国家国内生产总值的72%,占发展中国家国内生产总值的52%。 服务业的繁荣带动了服务企业在国际市场上的发展。近年来,随着服务企业在全球市场上发挥越来越重要的作用,理论界的学者们相继开展了有关服务企业的研究,涉及到的内容有服务的特性所带来的服务企业与制造业企业的不同点、服务企业的国际化经营等等。同时,随着经济全球化和技术的发展,在国际市场上出现了在成立的早期便进行国际经营的天生全球化服务企业。他们的出现得到了学者们的重要关注。 本文将致力于讨论服务企业进行国际化时所采取的进入模式选择,以及天生全球化型服务企业的进入模式选择。首先,作者对服务业与服务企业进行了概括的介绍,说明了服务的基本特性以及服务企业的分类。然后,回顾了传统的研究企业国际化的相关理论,并对“天生全球化”型企业及其理论进行了总结。在本文的第三章,探讨了服务企业国际化发展的动因以及服务业跨国公司的现实特点及发展趋势,并构建了服务企业国际市场进入模式选择模型。本文的第四章致力于讨论天生全球化型服务企业,分析了天生全球化型企业出现的动因,并构建了天生全球化型服务企业国际市场进入模式的选择模型。第五章为案例部分,分别选取了德勤公司和天生全球化型服务企业中创软件公司进行案例分析。文章的最后一部分是总结部分,包括本文主体内容的总结、本文研究的创新与不足,以及服务企业研究的未来展望。  
英文摘要:As the new adjustment of the world industrial structure, service industry and service international trade become more and more important in countries all over the world, and the international transfer of service industry becomes the new focus of the world economy. On the base of “The Report of the international investment in 2004”, people’s consumption has increased in the service industry, and the rise of service demand drives the development of the whole industry. In the year of 2001, 72 percentage of Gross Domestic Product in developed countries were devoted by the service industry, while the number in developing countries is 52 percent. The flourish of service industry has driven the development of service enterprises in the international market. As service enterprises become more and more important in countries all over the world, many scholars begin to work over them. They research the differences between service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises based on the specialty of service, the development of service enterprises, the classification of service and service enterprises, and the internationalization of service enterprises and so on. At the same time, as techniques develop, born global enterprises show up. They internationalize as soon as they found up. And the difference of internationalization attracts the focus of scholars. The aim of this paper is to research the entry modes of service enterprises and born global service enterprises when they internationalize, and the factors which affect the choice of entry modes. First, the author introduces the service industry and service enterprises through the specialty of service and the classification of service enterprises. Then, the related theories are reviewed, and the new born-global enterprises and their related theories are summarized. In the third chapter of the paper, the author discusses the applicability of traditional theories of internationalization to the service enterprises, and at the same time, the characteristics of the development of Multinational Service Corporations and the factors promote the development are discussed. Also, a decision mode of the internationalization of Multinational Service Corporations are designed, including the entry modes which service enterprises could choose and the factors affect the choice. In the forth chapter, the author discusses born global service enterprises, including the definition, the factors promote the development of the enterprises and the decision model. In the fifth chapter, we examine the two models with two enterprises. At last, in the sixth chapter, the author summarizes the whole paper, analyze the innovation and the flaws of the paper, and discuss the future research of service enterprises.
