| 中文摘要: | 核心竞争力理论的研究源于20世纪50年代,并在1990年左右达到高潮。如今,核心竞争力理论已经成为分析企业间有效竞争和成长的一个重要工具。所谓“核心竞争力”,是企业处于核心地位的竞争能力,是企业获得持续竞争优势的源泉,它具有价值性、独特性、延展性和动态性的特点。随着全球产业结构调整的不断深化,全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,建立核心竞争力,形成企业独具的竞争优势,已经成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中制胜的法宝,综合物流企业也不例外。 文章基于核心竞争力的基本理论,对天津滨海新区内华韩(天津)货箱有限公司的内外部因素进行了认真深入分析,其中包括宏观环境因素、行业及竞争结构的分析等外部因素分析和企业主要价值活动、资源与能力等内部因素分析;借助外部因素评价矩阵(EFE)、内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)和层次分析法(AHP)等分析工具,对华韩公司的核心竞争力进行评价,并提出了构建核心竞争力的原则与管理架构,进而提出了基于核心竞争力的战略目标与举措,以面对金融危机环境下的企业生存与发展,并为那些关注内部核心竞争力的中小型企业提供参考和借鉴 | |
| 英文摘要: | The study of the Core Competency Principle should be traced back to 1950s and reached its climax on 1990s. Nowadays, the Core Competency Principle has been turning into a significant instrument to analyze effective competence and development among the enterprises. The‘Core Competency Principle’ is companies’ competitive ability in a core position; it is companies’ fountainhead to observe continuous competency advantages. It’s characterized by value, particularity, ductility and flexibility. With the deepened adjustment of global industry structure and the proceeding integration of the world economy, it has been the aces up the sleeves for companies to build up core competence and to form their particular advantages during the hot market competition, and there’s also no exception for any enterprises of our logistics field. This essay is made on basis of the fundamental theory of core competency and gives us a deep and intensive analysis about the internal and external factors of Huahan (Tianjin) Containers Co., Ltd at Tianjin Binhai New Area, which includes external factors such as the macro environmental factors, industry and competition structure; also including company's internal factors such as company's core value activities, resources and power; the essay uses EFE (External Factors Evaluation Matrix), IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) as analysis tools to evaluate a core competence of Huahan and point out a principle and a management framework of core competence establishment, on basis of which leads to a strategic move for the company to be able to survive and keep developing in front of the grim environment of financial crises, and also provide a worthy reference to those medium and small-sized enterprises who concern about their own core competence. | |
