| 英文摘要: | In China's pursuit of the goals of "reaching the peak of carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060", especially in the two sessions in 2024, it is proposed to transform and upgrade traditional industries with new technologies, and actively promote high-end, intelligent and green industries. As the main contributor to carbon emissions, the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises is regarded as a crucial path to addressing current environmental issues and achieving the "double carbon" goals. To successfully implement green transformation, enterprises must formulate development strategies and tactics that align with their own circumstances. In the process of formulating and implementing enterprise development strategies, it is necessary to fully consider both internal and external conditions and determine the future development direction based on these factors. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a thorough study on how various internal and external conditions jointly affect the level of green transformation in enterprises. To this end, this paper poses two research questions: (1) What factors drive the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises? (2) What synergistic effects will emerge and how will they shape the green transformation path for manufacturing enterprises? To address the previously mentioned queries, this document integrates various preceding factors that drive green transformation into a cohesive structure and conducts research primarily focused on "theoretical analysis - factor identification - path exploration". Additionally, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis approach is employed to delve deeper into the interplay among various elements in the green transformation. The findings are as follows: First, the factors influencing green transformation are green technology innovation ability (GI), green technology management ability (GM), government support (GS), organizational redundancy (OS), market competition (MC) and environmental regulation (ER). Second, it has been discovered that the elements contributing to the green transformation of enterprises exhibit a blend of characteristics, and the facilitation of these green transformation changes in businesses stems from the combined efforts of various contributing factors. There are four paths leading to high green transformation, namely, technology-driven green transformation (Configuration 1: GI*~GM*~OS*~MC*~ER), government support - innovation capability pull green transformation (Configuration 2: GI*~GM*GS*~OS*~ER), market competition - innovation capability linkage green transformation (Configuration 3: GI*GM*~GS*OS*MC*~ER) and institutional guarantee - multi-factor compound driven green transformation (Configuration 4: GI*GM*GS*OS*MC*ER). Concurrently, as enterprises evolve towards green transformation, a mutual link emerges between low market rivalry and substantial governmental backing, alongside a reciprocal influence between governmental assistance and organizational repetitiveness. This study researched manufacturing enterprises with the results of various configuration path, and the final conclusion also provides some assistance for enterprises to improve their green transformation paths and for the government to play a guiding and supporting role. | |
