| 英文摘要: | Due to the "newborn weakness" and "small weakness" nature of entrepreneurial enterprises, how to solve the resource constraints of entrepreneurial enterprises is a fundamental issue that entrepreneurship research has always been concerned about. Opportunity is also widely regarded as the core of entrepreneurship, and its complex relationship with resources, which involves both constraints and complementarity, stands out as a prominent feature in entrepreneurship research. Resource management theory points out that when the capabilities established through resource combination and development are used to identify and develop opportunities, they will create value for the company. This core proposition links resource behavior, opportunity pursuit, and entrepreneurial outcomes. Entrepreneurship is essentially a process of continuous interaction between resources and opportunities, and only a high degree of matching and integration between the two can contribute to the success of entrepreneurship. Both resource bricolage and resource seeking are effective methods for entrepreneurial enterprises to overcome resource constraints and respond to new opportunities or challenges, aiming to achieve enterprise growth. Nevertheless, their coping strategies are different. Resource bricolage has proven crucial in both opportunity identification and development, yet scholars tend to focus on only one phase of the research, leaving the fundamental question of entrepreneurial opportunity—whether it is discovered or created—unresolved. Furthermore, the effectiveness of resource behavior may vary significantly in the context of opportunity discovery versus creation. Research on resource seeking, on the other hand, is relatively limited. Scholars often explore its impact on entrepreneurial outcomes within the same research framework as resource bricolage, primarily through case studies. Based on this, this study first explores the impact of resource bricolage on the identification and development of discovery and creative opportunities. Secondly, data analysis is conducted on 240 valid questionnaires collected to investigate the relationship mechanism between resource bricolage and resource seeking on the development and growth performance of discovery and creative opportunities. It is expected to provide answers to entrepreneurial actions that should be taken during the identification and development stages of discovery and creative opportunities, and provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for entrepreneurial resource management. Based on logical reasoning, inductive summary and empirical analysis, the research conclusions and implications are as follows: This study clarifies the impact of resource bricolage on the identification and development of discovery and creative opportunities, and answers the question of what resource behaviors entrepreneurs should adopt to develop creation or discovery opportunities. In the opportunity identification stage, bricolage is often understood as an experiential resource learning activity that is more likely to be applied to the creation opportunity identification process than to discovery opportunities. In the opportunity development stage, bricolage is often regarded as a problem-solving behavior, which seems to be able to exist and play a role as a resource behavior for both discovery and creative opportunities. However, the empirical results of this article show that resource bricolage is more effective for the development of discovery opportunities and enterprise growth performance, while the effect of resource bricolage on the development of creative opportunities is not as effective as resource seeking behavior. This not only enriches the relevant research in the field of resources behavior and entrepreneurial opportunities, but also helps to guide entrepreneurs’ decisions on entrepreneurial actions in different opportunities more accurately and effectively, providing theoretical references and practical insights for entrepreneurial resource management. | |
