| 中文摘要: | 当前全球经济快速发展,创新驱动已成为国家和地区核心竞争力的重要组 成部分,专利信息服务平台作为连接创新主体与专利知识资源的关键桥梁,在科技成果的保护、转化和应用中发挥着至关重要的作用。基于专利信息与专利信息服务的特殊性,专业用户对专利信息服务平台的应用需求较大。然而,尽管专利信息服务平台技术日趋成熟,但基于用户特别是专业用户角度研究尚显不足,尤其缺乏一套科学、全面的评价体系。 本研究以专利信息服务平台专业用户为核心,通过深入探究其工作任务特 点与信息行为模式,成功构建了一个基于工作任务的专利信息服务平台专业用户信息行为模型。研究采用访谈法,对专业用户在使用专利信息服务平台的使用流程进行了三级编码,从而提炼出一套具有 2 个一级指标、10 个二级指标、30 个三级指标的针对专利信息服务平台的评价指标。随后,运用模糊层次分析法,科学确定了各项评价指标的权重。为检验所得指标的可行性和有效性,研究选择了incopat专利信息服务平台作为实践案例进行验证,并得到针对 incopat的评价得分。结合已经构建的信息行为模型,正式确立了基于感知价值的专利信息服务平台评价体系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of the global economy, innovation driven has become an important component of national and regional core competitiveness. As a key bridge connecting innovation entities and patent knowledge resources, patent information service platforms play a crucial role in the protection, transformation, and application of scientific and technological achievements. Due to the particularity of patent information and patent information services, professional users have a high demand for the application of patent information service platforms. However, despite the increasing maturity of patent information service platform technology, research based on the perspective of users, especially professional users, is still insufficient, especially lacking a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system. This study focuses on professional users of patent information service platforms, and successfully constructs a professional user information behavior model based on work tasks by deeply exploring their work task characteristics and information behavior patterns. The study used interview method to code the actual operations of professional users on the patent information service platform at three levels, in order to extract a set of evaluation indicators for the patent information service platform with 2 primary indicators, 10 secondary indicators, and 30 tertiary indicators. Subsequently, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to scientifically determine the weights of various evaluation indicators. To verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the obtained indicators, the study selected the incopat patent information service platform as a practical case for verification, and obtained an evaluation score for incopat. Based on the constructed information behavior model, a patent information service platform evaluation system based on perceived value has been officially established. | |
