中文摘要:SM贸易有限公司是一家面向全球市场的石油管道施工配套设备销售企业。随着中美贸易摩擦的加剧以及全球价值链重构,SM贸易公司面临着营业收入和利润下滑的挑战。为应对这一挑战并实现可持续发展,公司拟采取垂直多元化发展战略,以更充分利用现有的闲置资源并进军本产业链的高利润环节。 本文研究了一家中小型纯贸易公司如何逆产业链而上,逐步向产品制造和高科技研发领域推进多元化发展的问题,研究视角具有一定的创新性。通过深入分析,本文确定了SM公司推进垂直多元化发展的主要动因在于分散经营风险、开拓新的利润增长点、增强企业实力和提升对主营产品质量的把控。目前,本公司拥有稳定的销售渠道,能够对客户需求进行精准把握并储备了一批国际领先技术,为其多元化发展提供了有力支撑。而外部环境分析研究则显示,SM公司在石油管道施工配套设备的产品加工制造、技术研发和提供售后服务等环节存在着难得的发展机遇。 据此,本论文提出了未来SM公司垂直多元化发展的具体实施方案和保障措施,逐步实现从纯贸易商向综合解决方案提供商的转变。本研究不仅为SM公司提供了一套切实可行的多元化发展策略,而且对于同类中小型贸易公司在新时代背景下如何适应竞争,顺利实现多元化发展具有一定的参考价值。 
英文摘要:SM Trading Co., Ltd. is a company that specializes in the sale of equipment for oil pipeline construction and is oriented towards the global market. In recent years, amidst the escalating US-China trade frictions and the restructuring of the global value chain, the company's operating income and profit performance have been unsatisfactory. To achieve sustainable development and diversify business risks, company SM is actively implementing a vertical diversification strategy by making fuller use of existing corporate resources, and thus expanding into other high-profit segments within the industry value chain to explore new channels for revenue growth. The primary motivations for Company SM to implement a vertical diversification strategy are to proactively diversify operational risks, open up new channels for profit growth, enhance its own strength through expanding business scale, and comprehensively improve quality control over distributed products. Having relatively stable sales channels, the ability to accurately grasp customer customization needs, and having pre-reserved necessary advanced technologies are favorable conditions for Company SM to promote diversified development. From both external macro-environment and competitive situation of its industrial chain, the challenges that Company SM faces in the sales business will become increasingly severe. However, there are many new opportunities in business segments such as production manufacturing, R&D, and after-sales service. Based on the analysis above, this thesis proposes a specific action plan for Company SM to implement the vertical diversification strategy, along with related safeguard measures and gradually transform from middleman to integrated solution provider in its industry.
