中文摘要: | 中国汽车产业经过多年培育和发展,已经成为经济支柱产业。随着中国在 新能源汽车技术的发展和持续的创新,目前中国已经在这一领域开始领先于世 界其他国家。“十四五”期间,发展新能源、智能网联汽车成为重中之重,将 与新一代信息技术、集成电路等高技术行业结合,推动车联网技术的进步。在 这一背景下,汽车市场正在面临剧变,传统燃油车的市场份额逐步下滑,而新 能源汽车的市场份额正在迅速上升。在电动化和智能化的浪潮下,企业间的竞 争已经从品牌的竞争,上升到供应链的竞争,以 T 汽车公司为代表的国内自主 品牌企业,要想在这场剧变中脱颖而出,就必须在供应商管理上下功夫,以打 造持久的竞争优势。 本研究以 T 汽车公司为案例,探究其作为处于关键转型期的整车制造企业 在供应商管理方面的挑战与机遇。随着汽车行业向电动化、智能化的转型,T汽 车公司面临供应商管理模式变革的课题。研究通过对 T 汽车公司现行的供应商 管理流程进行详尽分析,并结合现代供应商管理理论,提出了有效的优化方案。 研究涉及了供应商开发与选择、评估和关系管理等多个环节。研究发现,T汽车 公司的供应商管理存在供应商开发和选择不科学、绩效评价不完善、关系管理 不当等问题。为此,本研究提出了一系列改进措施,包括建立更有效的供应商 开发评估体系、优化供应商关系管理、实施数字化信息系统等。这些措施旨在 帮助 T 汽车公司优化供应链管理,提升供应商合作质量,从而增强企业的市场 竞争力。 鉴于 T 公司的业务规模、发展阶段、市场环境的典型性,本研究的结论不 仅对 T 汽车公司具有重要的指导意义,也为同行业企业,特别是整车制造企业 提供了宝贵的参考。无论是从供应商管理模式进行的系统性研究,还是从数字 化信息系统视角出发进行的具体化研究,本文提出的研究方法、思路及结论均 具备一定的参考价值。此外,本研究也期望能够对其他行业企业的供应商管理 改进提供有益的参考和指导。 | |
英文摘要: | After years of cultivation and development, China's automotive industry has become a pillar of the economy. With China's development and continuous innovation in new energy vehicle technology, the country has begun to lead the world in this field. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the development of new energy and intelligent connected vehicles has become a top priority, integrating with high-tech industries such as next-generation information technology and integrated circuits, to promote the advancement of vehicle networking technology. Against this backdrop, the automotive market is undergoing dramatic changes, with the market share of traditional fuel vehicles gradually declining, while that of new energy vehicles is rapidly rising. In the wave of electrification and intelligence, the competition between enterprises has escalated from brand competition to supply chain competition. For domestic independent brands, represented by T Automobile Company, to stand out in this upheaval, it is imperative to focus on supplier management to build a sustainable competitive advantage. This study takes T Automobile Company as a case to explore the challenges and opportunities in supplier management for vehicle manufacturing enterprises during a critical period of transformation. As the automotive industry transitions towards electrification and intelligence, T Automobile Company faces the task of transforming its supplier management model. The study conducts an exhaustive analysis of the current supplier management processes of T Automobile Company and, combining modern supplier management theories, proposes effective optimization solutions. The research covers multiple aspects of supplier management, including supplier development and selection, evaluation, and relationship management. It was found that T Automobile Company's supplier management exhibits issues such as unscientific supplier development and selection, incomplete performance evaluation, and improper relationship management. To address these issues, the study suggests a series of improvement measures, including establishing a more efficient supplier development evaluation system, optimizing supplier relationship management, and implementing digital information systems. These measures aim to help T Automobile Company optimize supply chain management, improve the quality of supplier cooperation, and thereby enhance the company's market competitiveness. Given the typicality of T Automobile Company's business scale, development stage, and market environment, the conclusions of this study not only have significant guiding significance for T Automobile Company but also provide valuable references for peers, especially vehicle manufacturing enterprises. Whether it is the systematic study of supplier management models or the specific study from the perspective of digital information systems, the research methods, ideas, and conclusions proposed in this paper have certain reference value. Additionally, this study also hopes to offer useful references and guidance for the improvement of supplier management in other industry enterprises. | |
