| 中文摘要: | 近年来,我国电梯工业飞速发展,市场容量不断扩展。同时,随着行业准入规则的不断放宽,电梯的生产、销售、维保企业以每年上百家的速度增加,行业的竞争不断加剧。因此,制定针对性的战略,保持并扩大市场份额,获得稳定增长的利润,就成了每个电梯企业必要的工作。 本文围绕A电梯公司,运用五力模型、SWOT分析法、BCG矩阵模型等研究工具为企业提出了战略分析、战略制定和战略实施的完整方案。通过分析,不仅掌握了人口、自然、技术、经济、政法等因素构成的社会宏观环境状况,也掌握了由行业潜在进入者、替代品的威胁、买方讨价还价能力、卖方讨价还价能力和现有竞争者等因素构成的行业内微观环境状况;通过纵向、横向分析法重新审视了企业自身的发展状态及其在行业中所处的位置;针对企业的优势、劣势,和企业未来发展的机会和风险,为企业定制了从企业愿景、企业使命、企业目标、企业总体战略到业务职能层战略的详细规划,并且从企业成员价值观、企业组织机构、企业资源分配等角度为战略的执行做好了充分的准备。文章中充分收集了各方面的理论和实践资料,战略的分析、制定和实施都符合实际的市场状态和未来的发展方向,为企业提供了解决实际问题,积极应对未来的有建设性的战略发展思路。 众所周知,企业所处的环境始终处于不断变化当中,因此,企业的战略细则也就应当随着环境变化做出相应地及时地调整。这就要求企业拥有信息收集、筛选、反馈、分析、战略调整、评估效果、再收集信息的闭环控制系统来应对,这个系统的建立和完善需要更多的资源投入和更深入的分析研究,这将成为来包括本文作者在内的企业相关员工未来继续努力的方向。 相信以契合未来发展方向的企业战略规划做基础,以很强战略执行能力的企业团队和员工做后盾,再建立并不断完善市场环境变化分析及战略细则调整的机制,企业一定能在激烈的市场竞争当中获得成功。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the recent years, with the great development of the elevator industry, the market capacity of the elevator increase a lot. In the mean time, along with the admittance rules of elevator industry become more and more loose, the number of manufacturing, selling and servicing companies of elevator industry increase 100 per year. The competition of the elevator industry becomes more and more fiercely. So, draft a pertinently strategy, keep and extend the marketing share, gain the rising profit become the top priority job for every elevator company. Around the A Elevator Company, this thesis describes strategy analyzing, tactic drafting and tactic executing with several research tools such as five competitive force model, SWOT and BCG matrix. Through the embedded analyzing, not only grasp the macroscopical environment status of the company which is constructed by population factor, nature factor, economic factor, technology factor and political & law factor, but also grasp the microcosmic environment status of the company which is constructed by the threat of the potential entrant, the threat of substitute, the bargaining ability of the buyer, the bargaining ability of the vendor and the existing competitor. After that, the thesis re-scans the development status of the company, the station in the elevator industry by transverse and lengthways analyzing method. Focus on the strength, weakness, threat and opportunity of the company , the thesis draft the strategy which is constructed by the desire of the company , the task of the company, the target of the company, the high-level strategy and the functional strategy. And make the preparation for the strategy executing from several different points of view, such as the value viewpoint of the employee, the structure of the company, the resource distribution of the company. The thesis collects several sides of the relative theory and practice information. The strategy analyzing, strategy drafting and strategy executing all accord the real market status and the developing direction in the future. The thesis could solve actual issues and could give constructive suggestion for the company. As everyone knows, the environment of the competition keeps changing every day. According to the changing, the company must adjust the relative strategy or functional strategy in time. For adjusting in time, the company should have a closed loop controlling system which is constructed by information collecting, information filtering, information feedback, information analyzing, strategy adjusting, effect evaluating and information collecting again. The establishing and improving of the system need more resource and deeper analyzing. It is the direction for the author and all the relative employees of the company keep hard working in the future. We believe that we have the exact strategy which corresponds with the developing direction of the future as the base. We have the great team and employees which have good executing ability as the support. We also should establish and keep improving the mechanism of environment analyzing and strategy adjusting. Our company will win in the competition according to the upper 3 key factors. | |
