| 中文摘要: | Y公共交通集团有着50多年的发展历史,拥有深厚的文化底蕴,在应对客流高峰、疫情防控等关键时期,发挥着重要的基础支撑和保障兜底作用。随着市委、市政府在大力推进智慧城市建设,加快新能源产业发展,公交行业也正在由劳动密集型的传统交通运输业,向技术密集型的现代运输服务业和新兴产业示范应用阵地转变。近年来,公交运营收支倒挂与财政压力大的双重困境并存。集团上下主要把力量集中在经营管理和公益性服务上,忽视了更深层次的企业文化建设。 本文以Y公共交通集团作为研究对象,基于国内外学者在企业文化领域的研究成果,运用文献研究、个人访谈以及实地调查等多种形式,对Y公共交通集团的企业文化进行了深入的分析总结,研究内容主要包括了Y公共交通集团企业文化现状、Y公共交通集团企业文化问题分析、Y公共交通集团企业文化优化措施、Y公共交通集团企业文化优化的保障措施四个方面。指出了Y公共交通集团在企业文化建设方面存在的诸多问题:企业文化理念体系不完善、企业文化宣贯流于形式以及企业文化与经营管理相脱节。通过深入全面地分析Y公共交通集团的企业文化现况,为该集团设计一个更加现代化、更加统一且更加适用的企业文化架构,在激烈的竞争环境中为其发展提供坚实的文化基础,推动企业持续发展壮大。 同时,希望通过对Y公共交通集团企业文化体系优化的研究,为其他面临着类似问题的国有企业提供企业文化体系建设的参考,助力国有企业的长远发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With a development history of more than 50 years and a profound cultural heritage, Y Public Transportation Group plays an important role in providing basic support and guarantee during critical periods such as peak passenger flow and epidemic prevention and control. As the municipal party committee and municipal government vigorously promote the construction of smart cities and accelerate the development of new energy industry, the public transportation industry is also transforming from the labor-intensive traditional transportation industry to the technology-intensive modern transportation service industry and the demonstration application position of emerging industries. In recent years, the double dilemma of inverted public transportation operation and financial pressure coexists. The group mainly focuses on operation management and public welfare services, ignoring the deeper corporate culture construction. Taking Y Public Transportation Group as the research object, based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad in the field of corporate culture, we use literature research, personal interviews and field investigations to conduct an in-depth analysis and summary of the corporate culture of Y Public Transportation Group. The research mainly includes the status quo of corporate culture of Y Public Transportation Group, the analysis of corporate culture problems of Y Public Transportation Group, the optimization measures of corporate culture of Y Public Transportation Group, and the guarantee measures of corporate culture optimization of Y Public Transportation Group. It points out that there are many problems in the construction of corporate culture in Y public transportation group: the imperfect corporate culture concept system, the formal publicity and implementation of corporate culture, and the disconnection between corporate culture and operation and management. Through an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the current situation of corporate culture in Y public transportation group, a more modern, more unified and more applicable corporate culture structure is designed for the group, which provides a solid cultural foundation for its development in the fierce competition environment and promotes the sustainable development and growth of the enterprise. At the same time, it is hoped that through the study of the optimization of corporate culture system in Y public transportation group, it can provide reference for the construction of corporate culture system for other state-owned enterprises facing similar problems, and help the long-term development of state-owned enterprises. | |
