中文摘要：	在国家政策支持、产业融合发展的导向背景下，公共图书馆作为公共文化服务的关键组成部分，其文旅融合的实践与探索逐渐成为学界和社会关注的焦点。2018年国家文化和旅游部的成立，为公共图书馆的文旅融合提供了新的契机和方向。在这一新时期，公共图书馆开展研学活动不仅是其社会教育功能的自然延伸，也是响应国家政策、推动文旅融合发展的具体行动。在公共图书馆研学活动的推进中，界定其理论内核、探究其发展现状以及探寻其实施路径等问题亟待解决。因此，研究当前公共图书馆研学活动的实践现状，深入剖析存在的问题以及研学服务发展的内在需求，以研学服务用户为主体分析其对研学服务的需求，进而提出公共图书馆研学服务的优化和完善策略，具备积极的现实意义。 本文以基于项目的学习（PBL）的课程理论、新公共服务理论、图书馆延伸服务理论和重要性-满意度理论（IPA）作为研究理论基础，采用网络调查法和文献调查法相结合的方式研究分析公共图书馆研学活动现状，归纳出当前研学服务资源多元化、需求个性化、公益开放化的特点，并梳理出公共图书馆研学服务存在的问题主要包括研学标准规范不完善、资源利用缺乏协同性、研学导师队伍专业性不强、研学缺乏评估和反馈机制等问题。同时通过访谈和文献构建研学服务评价指标体系，通过问卷调查法进行IPA分析以了解读者对于研学服务的需求，深入剖析公共图书馆研学服务建设的关键要素，对IPA分析的结果各要素的内在联系和相互作用进行全面梳理。结合发现的问题和读者需求，基于优势延续、积极创新、逐步提升、劣势突破四个策略维度提出可持续发展创新工作路径，从结合读者需求开发课程、课程设计融合灵活多变、资源整合研学服务空间、平台优化研学服务深度、社会力量共创合作体系、服务体系多元差异建设、建立服务品牌专业团队和建设规范制度评估机制八个方面具体提出对策优化公共图书馆的研学服务建设，旨在为未来公共图书馆研学服务的深入研究与馆内实际工作提供有价值的参考，以期推动公共图书馆高质量发展。
英文摘要：	Under the background of national policy support and the orientation of industrial integration and development, public libraries, as a key component of public cultural services, have gradually become the focus of attention in the academic community and society for their practice and exploration of cultural and tourism integration.The establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the country in 2018 has provided a new opportunity and direction for the integration of cultural and tourism in public libraries. In this new period, public libraries carry out study activities not only as a natural extension of their social education function, but also as a concrete action to respond to national policies and promote the development of cultural and tourism integration. In the promotion of public library research activities, defining its theoretical core, exploring its development status quo and exploring its implementation path and other issues need to be resolved. Therefore, it is of positive practical significance to study the current policy and practice of public library research activities, analyze the existing problems and the inherent needs of service development, analyze the demand for improvement of research services with the users of research services as the main body, and put forward the optimization and improvement strategies of research services in public libraries. This paper is based on the curriculum theory of project-based learning (PBL), new public service theory, library extension service theory and importance-satisfaction theory(IPA) as the theoretical basis of the study, the use of literature survey method, the combination of network survey method to study and analyze the current situation of research activities in public libraries, to summarize the characteristics of the current research service resources diversification, personalized demand, public welfare openness, and sorted out the main problems existing in the research service of public libraries, which are the main problems of the research service of public libraries. And sorted out the current public library research service problems mainly include imperfect research standards, lack of synergy in the use of resources, lack of professionalism in the research tutor team, lack of evaluation and feedback mechanisms for research, etc. At the same time, through interviews and literature, we constructed a study plan for public libraries. At the same time through interviews and literature to build research service evaluation index system, through the questionnaire method for IPA analysis to understand the readers for research service improvement needs, in-depth analysis of the key elements of the construction of research services in public libraries, the results of the IPA analysis of the elements of the intrinsic links and interactions of the comprehensive comb, combined with the problems found and readers' needs based on the continuation of the advantages, and actively innovate, Gradually improve, disadvantage breakthrough four strategic dimensions of sustainable development and innovation path, from the combination of readers' demand for the development of curriculum, curriculum design integration and flexibility, resource integration of research service space, platform optimization of the depth of research services, social forces co-creation of the cooperation system, the service system of diversified differences in the construction of the service system, the establishment of a service brand of professional team and the construction of norms and systems to assess the mechanism of the eight aspects of the specific countermeasures to optimize the construction of research services in public libraries. The library's study service construction, aims to provide valuable reference for the future in-depth study of public library study service and the actual work of the library, in order to promote public libraries to achieve a higher quality of development under the background of the integration of culture and tourism.
