中文摘要: 我国提出高质量发展战略及质量强国战略以来,各行各业纷纷将完善全面 质量管理,提升质量管理效益、经济效益和社会效益,作为未来企业安生立命 的一个重要发展目标。润滑油行业在我国的工业发展中起着极为重要的作用。 油品放开后,我国润滑油行业竞争日益白热化。为了在竞争中处于不败之地, 传统的润滑油制造企业需要优化全面质量管理,不断提质增效,才能在激烈的 市场竞争中屹立不倒。 T公司作为润滑油行业的典型代表,其全面质量管理的方式方法对本行业可 以带来一定的启示。本研究以 T 公司为例,通过调研 T 公司质量管理的现状, 发现了 T 公司质量管理当前存在的问题。针对上述问题,展开了原因分析后, 本研究系统提出了,完善 T 公司全面质量管理的改善建议和保障措施。 为改善 T 公司的全面质量管理,本研究提出相应的改善建议,包括全员的 全面质量管理改善、全过程和全组织全面质量管理改善和多方法全面质量管理 活动质量提升。为了保障改善建议的落地,结合 T 公司生产经营实际,从组织 保障、财务保障和人力资源保障,来确保 T 公司通过采取相应的改善建议获得 成效。 本研究的结论,可以直接用以指导润滑油行业市场化背景下,传统润滑油 制造企业的全面质量管理工作。本研究的改善建议和保障措施,能够为润滑油 行业的全面质量管理提供或有参考,使企业获取并维持其竞争优势。 
英文摘要: Since China put forward the strategy of high-quality development and the strategy of strengthening the country with quality, various industries have been improving the total quality management and enhancing the quality management efficiency, economic efficiency and social efficiency as an important development goal for future enterprises to live in peace and prosperity. The lubricant industry plays an extremely important role in China's industrial development. After the liberalization of oil products, the competition in China's lubricant industry has become increasingly white-hot. In order to be invincible in the competition, traditional lubricant manufacturing enterprises need to optimize total quality management and continuously improve quality and efficiency, in order to stand in the fierce market competition. As a typical representative of the lubricant industry, Company T's approach and method of total quality management can bring certain inspiration to this industry. Taking Company T as an example, this study finds the problems of Company T's quality management by investigating the current situation of Company T's quality management. After analyzing the causes of these problems, this study proposes improvement suggestions and safeguards to improve the total quality management of Company T. In order to improve the total quality management of Company T, this study proposes corresponding improvement recommendations, including total quality management improvement of all employees, total quality management improvement of the whole process and all aspects, and quality improvement of multi-method total quality management activities. In order to guarantee the implementation of the improvement recommendations, the actual production and operation of Company T is combined with the organizational, financial and human resources guarantees to ensure that Company T gets results by adopting the corresponding improvement recommendations. The findings of this study can be directly used to guide the total quality management efforts of traditional lubricant manufacturing companies in the context of the marketization of the lubricant industry. The improvement recommendations and assurance measures of this study can provide a contingent reference for total quality management in the lubricant industry, enabling companies to gain and maintain their competitive advantage.
