英文摘要: | The development of technology projects is of great significance in China. With the rapid growth of the Chinese economy and the increasing complexity of society, the promotion of scientific and technological projects can not only promote technological innovation and improve economic level, but also enhance the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of the country, promoting sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society. Enterprises play a crucial role in it. By participating in national scientific research projects, they can not only obtain the latest scientific and technological achievements and cutting-edge technologies, but also stimulate internal innovation vitality, improve scientific research level and technological capabilities. Research project management is extremely crucial for enterprise innovation and competitiveness, but traditional management models are no longer suitable for the rapidly changing technological environment and market demands. With the increase in project complexity and scale, traditional models have drawbacks, such as inadequate progress management, unreasonable budget and inadequate quality control, which affect the smooth progress of projects and the marketization process of results. Therefore, improving scientific research project management has practical and strategic significance. Through research on improving enterprise scientific research project management, it can optimize management processes, improve management efficiency, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. This article aims to delve into the current situation of X Company's scientific research project management and conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems that exist in its management process. By combining project management, PDCA and other theories, a series of targeted improvement plans have been proposed to provide solid support for the improvement of enterprise scientific research project management. In the research process of this article, special attention was paid to the three key dimensions of project schedule, cost and quality. Multiple problems were found, including improper management attitude, uneven resource allocation and inadequate schedule control.
