| 中文摘要: | 在国家“双碳”战略大背景下,A公司作为国内建筑施工行业的领军企业,积极响应国家号召推动企业绿色转型,在新材料、新技术方面取得了诸多创新成果,但其高耗能的发展模式依然存在,亟需进行低碳战略转型,推动企业高质量发展。本文以A公司作为研究对象,采用文献研究法、SWOT分析法,系统总结了该企业战略转型的现状,分析了企业目前所处的转型环境,提出了治理转型优化的实施策略及内部保障措施。本文的主要研究工作及结论如下: A公司战略转型的现状分析。结合A公司的绿色发展现状,对公司目前的发展策略进行了分析,并从环保、资源利用、经济效益等角度总结了公司的转型必要性,最后得出了转型的重点与难点。分析发现:A公司所面临的转型挑战包括技术与市场的不协调、供应链压力、人才资源不足以及管理和文化转变。 A公司战略转型的环境分析。首先分析了宏观环境、行业环境等一系列外部环境,随后分析了组织结构、人力资源等内部环境,最后采用SWOT分析法总结了A公司战略转型所具备的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。分析发现:内部优势为专业的建设能力、资金和资源优势、成熟的供应链等,外部优势为市场机会较多、企业声誉较好;劣势为技术方面存在挑战、转型成本较高;机会为绿色建筑市场需求不断增加;威胁为技术不成熟、市场竞争加剧。 A公司低碳转型的实施策略。分别为碳排放评估与目标设定、技术与创新、碳排放评估与目标设定、技术与创新、碳排放管理与能效改进、供应链与合作伙伴。 A公司低碳转型策略实施的内部保障。在提出实施策略的基础上,进一步提供了全方位的内部保障措施,分别为建立完善的碳排放监测与报告体系,开展员工培训和宣传活动,发展低碳建筑行业联盟,进行绩效考核并提出持续改进措施,评估低碳转型的成果与效益。 本文针对A公司的绿色转型进行了系统的分析,根据双碳目标下建筑行业面临的发展现状,为其可持续发展提出了转型发展战略,并为其提供相应的保障措施,不仅有利于A公司自身的发展,为企业制定发展目标和发展规划提供专业化建议,而且能够对其它建筑施工企业的转型升级提供重要的参考借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the context of the national "dual carbon" strategy, As a leading enterprise in the domestic construction industry, Company A actively responds to the national call to promote green transformation and has achieved many innovative results in new materials and technologies. However, its high energy consumption development model still exists, and there is an urgent need for low-carbon strategic transformation to promote high-quality development of the enterprise. This article takes Company A as the research object and adopts literature research method The SWOT analysis method systematically summarizes the current status of the enterprise's strategic transformation, analyzes the transformation environment in which the enterprise is currently operating, and proposes implementation strategies and internal security measures for optimizing governance transformation. The main research work and conclusions of this article are as follows: Analysis of the current situation of A company's strategic transformation. Based on the current green development status of Company A, an analysis was conducted on the company's current development strategy, and the necessity of transformation was summarized from the perspectives of environmental protection, resource utilization, and economic benefits. Finally, the key and difficult points of transformation were identified. Analysis reveals that the transformation challenges faced by Company A include the mismatch between technology and market, supply chain pressure, insufficient talent resources, and management and cultural transformation.
