中文摘要：	随着近年来经济全球化与社会信息化的深入发展，知识产权在国家发展和国际竞争中的作用日益凸显。中空纤维膜是新材料领域的膜技术产品，也是多领域的共性关键技术，作为战略性新兴产业，中空纤维膜技术的创新发展面临机遇与挑战。加强对相关技术专利的挖掘，分析专利竞争的格局与演化形势，有利于推进重点产业中专利导航工作的开展，助力于现代化产业体系建设。 基于对专利竞争态势和主题模型相关研究的回顾梳理，本研究采用改良的LDA2Vec主题模型进行专利文本挖掘，结合专利计量分析方法，对中空纤维膜技术领域全球范围内的专利情报数据进行挖掘与分析，以探究中空纤维膜技术专利当前竞争的格局与发展变化趋势。首先，从中空纤维膜的全球发明专利申请趋势、技术专利申请特征、技术主题分布情况、技术发展演化分析等几个方面对中空纤维膜技术全局性竞争态势进行刻画。其次，在识别中空纤维膜技术领域主要竞争者的基础上，从竞争者的视角出发，将中国代表性企业和发达国家企业间进行对比分析，呈现中空纤维膜技术创新主体间的专利竞争态势。 最后，根据专利情报分析过程中的发现，对中空纤维膜产业现存优势与问题进行总结，提出中空纤维膜产业创新发展的对策建议：在国家战略层面，深入实施专利导航工程，加强培育新兴产业技术；在创新主体层面，拓宽创新主体间的交流合作，强化知识产权管理对产业技术升级的引领作用。图23幅，表18个，参考文献81篇。
英文摘要：	With the deepening of economic globalization and social informatization in recent years, the role of intellectual property rights in national development and international competition has become increasingly prominent. Hollow fiber membrane technology is a membrane technology product in the field of new materials and a common key technology in multiple fields. As a strategic emerging industry, the innovative development of hollow fiber membrane technology faces both opportunities and challenges. Strengthening the exploration of relevant technology patents, and analyzing the pattern and evolution of patent competition, is conducive to promoting the implementation of patent navigation work in key industries and assisting in constructing a modern industrial system. Based on a review and summary of research on patent competitive situations and topic models, adopt an improved LDA2Vec topic model for patent text mining. Combining with patent quantitative analysis methods, it explores and analyzes patent intelligence data in the field of hollow fiber membrane technology globally, to investigate the current competition pattern and development trend changes of hollow fiber membrane technology patents. Firstly, the overall competitive situation of hollow fiber membrane technology is characterized by several aspects such as the global trend of patent applications for hollow fiber membranes, characteristics of technical patent applications, distribution of technical topics, and analysis of technological development evolution. Secondly, based on identifying the main competitors in hollow fiber membrane technology, a comparative analysis is conducted between representative Chinese enterprises and enterprises from developed countries from the perspective of competitors, presenting the competitive situation among innovation entities in hollow fiber membrane technology. Finally, drawing from insights gained during the patent intelligence analysis, the existing advantages and problems of the hollow fiber membrane industry are summarized, and suggestions for the innovative development of the hollow fiber membrane industry are proposed: at the national strategic level, to implement the patent navigation project in depth and strengthen the cultivation of technological innovation in emerging industries; at the level of innovation entities, to broaden the exchange and cooperation between innovation entities and strengthen the leading role of intellectual property rights management in the upgrading of industrial technology.
