| 中文摘要: | 当前社会,人力资源对企业的发展至关重要,直接影响着企业的竞争力和可持续发展。人力资源是企业最重要的资产之一,优秀的人才是推动企业持续发展的核心动力。通过有效的人力资源管理,企业可以吸引、培养和留住优秀人才,构建高效的团队,提升企业的竞争力。人力资源管理涉及到员工的招聘、培训、激励和评价等方面,能够有效地激发员工的工作热情和创造能力,增强员工对工作的满意度和忠诚度,进而加强企业的凝聚力和战斗力。在教培行业中,师资队伍的管理尤为关键。教育培训行业的核心竞争力在于师资的水平和素质。优秀的教师不仅能够传授知识,更能够激发学生的学习兴趣和潜力,提升教育培训机构的品牌价值和竞争优势。因此,教育培训机构需要重视师资队伍的选拔、培养和激励,建立起一支高素质、专业化的师资队伍,以保障教育质量和持续发展。本研究选取了国内知名的教育企业—好未来TJ分公司作为研究对象。受到2021年政策调整的影响,该企业面临着需要调整发展战略和经营计划的挑战,这导致了一系列的人力资源规划问题,从而影响了企业的转型和长期发展目标的实现。 本论文旨在深入研究好未来TJ分公司的师资管理情况,全面了解其现状、分析其存在的问题并提出相关改进措施。首先,论文从理论入手,介绍了好未来TJ分公司的发展历程和发展经历,随后,通过对好未来公司的师资管理现状进行调查和分析,发现存在的问题主要包括师资管理规划不健全、员工流动率较高、薪酬福利体系不合理等。接着,论文提出了一系列针对性的改进措施,包括优化招聘流程、完善员工培训和发展、健全绩效评价机制等。最后,本文提出了保证这些改进措施顺利进行的保障方案。 通过对好未来TJ分公司的师资管理进行深入研究,本文为企业提供可行的管理建议,促进其在人才引进、培养和留存方面取得更好的效果。同时,本文还为相关研究和实践提供了一定的参考价值,有助于推动教育行业的持续发展和进步。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's society, human resources play a crucial role in the development of enterprises, directly impacting their competitiveness and sustainable growth. Human resources are among the most vital assets of an enterprise, and outstanding talent serves as the core driving force for continuous development. Through effective human resource management, enterprises can attract, nurture, and retain top talent, build efficient teams, and enhance competitiveness. Human resources management involves aspects such as recruitment, training, motivation, and evaluation of employees, effectively leveraging their enthusiasm, creativity, job satisfaction, and loyalty, thereby strengthening the cohesion and competitiveness of enterprises.In the education and training industry, the management of faculty teams is particularly crucial. The core competitiveness of educational institutions lies in the quality and level of their faculty. Excellent teachers not only impart knowledge but also inspire students' interest and potential, thereby enhancing the institution's brand value and competitive advantage. Therefore, educational institutions need to emphasize the selection, training, and motivation of faculty teams, establishing a high-quality and professional faculty team to ensure educational quality and sustainable development. This study selects a well-known domestic education enterprise, the TJ branch of "Tomorrow Advancing Life" (TAL), as the research object. Influenced by policy adjustments in 2021, the company faces challenges in adjusting its development strategies and operational plans, leading to a series of human resource planning issues that impact the company's transformation and long-term development goals.This thesis aims to conduct an in-depth study of faculty management at the TJ branch of "Tomorrow Advancing Life," comprehensively understanding its current status, identifying existing problems such as talent structure, high employee turnover rates, and the need to optimize the compensation and benefits system, and proposing a series of targeted improvement measures including optimized recruitment processes, strengthened employee training and development, and improved performance evaluation mechanisms. Finally, this thesis presents safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of these improvement measures. By conducting an in-depth study of faculty management at the TJ branch of "TAL" this thesis provides practical management suggestions for the enterprise to achieve better results in talent attraction, nurturing, and retention, contributing to ongoing advancements in the education industry. Additionally, it offers reference value for related research and practices, promoting the continuous development and progress of the education industry. | |
