英文摘要:Family trusts have become an increasingly popular form of wealth management. A family trust is a trust fund set up by a family through a trust institution or bank to manage family wealth and pass it on to the next generation. The family trust can not only provide professional wealth management services for family members but also effectively avoid tax and legal problems in the process of family wealth inheritance. But at present, the Chinese family trust market is facing great opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, with the rapid development of China's economy, more and more families have accumulated wealth, which provides sufficient market demand for the development of family trusts. On the other hand, with the continuous strengthening of regulatory policies, the family trust industry is also constantly adjusting and upgrading. As one of the leading commercial banks in China, M Bank has strong competitiveness in the family trust business. As one of the important cities in China, the Tianjin Branch of Bank M has a broad market and great potential. Therefore, to better meet the needs of customers, this paper makes an in-depth study of the marketing strategy of the family trust business of Bank M Tianjin Branch. First of all, this paper analyzes the operating status of the family trust business of M Bank Tianjin Branch and finds out the main problems existing in the family trust business of M Bank. Secondly, based on the STP model, 7Ps marketing theory, SWOT, and other tools, the macro marketing environment and micro marketing environment are analyzed. Finally, according to the analysis results, the marketing strategy and safeguard measures of M Bank Tianjin Branch are formulated. This study is helpful to optimize the bank's business model and improve operational efficiency.
