英文摘要:At different stages of global economic development, the development of the metallurgical industry is also affected by a variety of factors. However, with the fluctuation of the economic cycle, the metallurgical industry is also facing cyclical challenges, with the economic recession leading to a decline in demand, overcapacity, falling prices and other problems. In addition, technological progress and innovation play a key role in the development of the metallurgical industry. The continuous emergence of new metallurgical processes, equipment and materials has promoted the competitiveness of the industry and the transformation of the industrial structure. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the government's environmental protection requirements for the metallurgical industry are becoming increasingly stringent, which may increase the cost pressure on enterprises. Therefore, the metallurgical industry needs to constantly adjust its development strategy and respond to changes in the external environment in order to achieve steady and sustainable development. As a leading enterprise in the metallurgical industry, S Aluminum Processing Company is also facing the problem of intensified competition in the face of cyclical fluctuations in the industry, and is also facing severe challenges in environmental protection. In this environment, the company's requirements for the flexible development and management of human resources are increasing. The flexible development and management of human resources is one of the important challenges faced by organizations in the face of changes in the external environment and internal management needs. The purpose of this paper is to study the flexibility of human resources, and to explore how to effectively deal with the challenges of human resources flexibility and improve the adaptability and competitiveness of organizations. Firstly, this paper defines and elaborates the concept of human resource flexibility through literature review, and clarifies the connotation and characteristics of human resource flexibility. Secondly, from the perspective of human resource management, this paper analyzes the importance of human resource flexibility to the organization, including the role of improving organizational flexibility, enhancing employee adaptability, and promoting innovation and development. Then, this paper deeply analyzes the key factors and influencing mechanisms involved in the problem of human resource flexibility. In view of the problem of human resource flexibility, this paper puts forward a series of optimization strategies and suggestions. Including setting up a recruitment system for key positions and recruiting employees with strong scalability; Provide a way to improve the education level of in-service employees; According to the needs of process development, improve the multi-skill training system; Optimize incentives and safeguards to motivate employees and feel a sense of belonging. Finally, through case analysis and empirical research, the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization strategy are verified.
