中文摘要:摘要 2023年中国宏观经济基本呈现向好回升态势,国内生产总值比上年增长5.2%。在这个大格局之下,中国钢铁产品,包括黑色系列商品的总量需求,都呈现稳中有增局面。但受全球经济局势变化、地缘政治冲突不断加剧、贸易冲突日益加深,国内外市场频繁震荡,全球供需错配日益凸显,黑色系列商品价格波动加剧。传统钢铁贸易企业面对国内外市场的快速变化,灵活快速调整显得尤为重要,需要企业加快转变,顺应市场发展趋势,优化发展战略,全力提升企业的核心竞争力,走出一条适合自己的发展路径。 T公司是刚刚完成混合所有制改革的新型经济组织,公司主营业务包括钢材、铁矿石、煤炭等黑色系列大宗商品销售与批发、进出口业务、供应链金融服务等,其中钢铁供应链商品贸易占到了总营收规模的90%以上,故本论文以T公司钢铁供应链纵向一体化战略及相关业务为主要研究对象。运用战略管理理论对T公司进行内外部环境分析。在此基础上,结合T公司的经营现状和自身优劣势,运用PEST模型、波特五力模型、SWOT分析法对公司所处环境进行分析,先利用内外部矩阵(internal-external matrix)定量备选策略,然后利用定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM矩阵)进行定量分析,进而确定适合T公司的纵向一体化战略优化策略,综合将自身优势最大化的发展战略,同时确定了与战略相匹配的实施路径,从业务层、联动层两个方面描述了T公司战略优化策略如何实施。同时在策略实施过程中,提出了战略实施的保障措施,包括持续优化运营管理、强化资金管理、人才资源管理体系建设三个方面。 T公司作为混合所有制企业,在钢铁供应链大宗商品贸易行业有着悠久的历史和丰富的经验,本论文旨在通过对公司内部与外部环境进行深入剖析,致力于优化公司的发展战略,充分释放并利用公司的优质资源与能力,以精准把握市场机遇,提升公司的核心竞争力,进一步提高公司经营和管理水平,希望可以对其他大宗商品贸易企业提供参考。 
英文摘要:Abstract In 2023, China's macro economy will basically show a positive upward trend, with GDP growing by 5.2% over the previous year. Under this general pattern, the total demand for China's steel products, including black series commodities, has shown a steady increase. However, due to changes in the global economic situation, intensifying geopolitical conflicts, and deepening trade conflicts, frequent fluctuations in domestic and foreign markets, the mismatch between global supply and demand has become increasingly prominent, and the price volatility of black series commodities has intensified. In the face of rapid changes in the domestic and foreign markets, it is particularly important for traditional steel trading enterprises to adjust flexibly and quickly, which requires enterprises to accelerate the transformation, conform to the market development trend, optimize the development strategy, and make every effort to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and walk out of a development path suitable for themselves. Company T is a new type of economic organization that has just completed the reform of mixed ownership, and the company's main business includes the sales and wholesale of black series commodities such as steel, iron ore, coal, import and export business, supply chain financial services, etc., of which the commodity trade of the steel supply chain accounts for more than 90% of the total revenue. Use strategic management theory to analyze the internal and external environment of Company T. On this basis, combined with the current business status of Company T and its own advantages and disadvantages, the PEST model used to analyze the company's environment matrix), and then use the quantitative strategic plan matrix (QSPM matrix) for quantitative analysis, and then determine the vertical integration strategy optimization strategy suitable for Company T, comprehensively maximize the development strategy of its own advantages, and determine the implementation path that matches the strategy, and describe how to implement the strategic optimization strategy of Company T from two aspects: business layer and linkage layer. At the same time, in the process of strategy implementation, the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy are proposed, including continuous optimization of operation management, strengthening of capital management, and construction of human resource management system. As a mixed-ownership enterprise, T company has a long history and rich experience in the bulk commodity trade industry of the steel supply chain, this dissertation aims to optimize the company's development strategy through an in-depth analysis of the company's internal and external environment, fully release and utilize the company's high-quality resources and capabilities, in order to accurately grasp market opportunities, enhance the company's core competitiveness, and further improve the company's operation and management level, hoping to provide reference for other bulk commodity trading enterprises.
