中文摘要: | ? ? ?在我国“十四五”规划指引下,明确提出了“推动数字化建设,构建数字中国”的战略目标,将数字经济作为拉动未来发展的核心力量,信息技术产业的兴起及各行各业的数据化是完成数字化变革的基础路径。2022年,银保监会颁布《银行业和保险业数字化转型指南》,为金融和保险机构提供了在策略部署、组织架构、商业模式创新、技术与数据系统支持、以及风险控制等方面进行数字化改造的明确指引。 ? ? ?在中国,资产托管机制从诞生的那一刻起,就与资产管理业务的发展紧密联系在一起,并具有显著的中国特色。在过去的22年里,资产托管机制通过资金托管、投资监督等职能,有力地保障了公募基金行业的快速健康发展,并成功扩展到了所有的资产管理业务领域。随着2021年资管新规的全面落地实施,资产管理行业正式进入转型升级阶段。要跟上时代的发展,托管人必须从客户需求出发,所扮演的角色逐渐转变为更加市场化的资产管理服务机构。这标志着资产托管领域的一大飞跃,各托管机构需积极调整其市场角色,依托创新的业务模式和科技应用,彰显其专业化服务的价值。它们应通过提供卓越的服务来牵引和孕育市场新动向,为资产托管业务开辟崭新的商机领域,迈向一个注重规模与效益兼顾的高品质发展道路。 ? ? ?M银行作为国内主要的股份制商业银行之一,始终坚持为客户提供敏捷高效的服务,在资产托管领域行业排名前十位。本文以M银行资产托管业务为研究对象,首先运用文献研究法对国内外商业银行资产托管业务数字化发展相关文献资料进行了分析研究和归纳总结。其次,分析了M银行资产托管业务及其数字化建设的现状,并提出了当前存在的问题。基于前述分析,本文构建了M银行资产托管业务数字化转型的目标和实现路径。最后,针对性地提出了M银行资产托管业务数字化转型的保障措施。 | |
英文摘要: | Under the guidance of China's "14th Five-Year Plan", the strategic goal of "promoting digital construction and building a digital China" is clearly put forward, and the digital economy is regarded as the core force driving future development, and the rise of the information technology industry and the digitisation of various industries are the basic path to complete the digital transformation. In 2022, the CBIRC issued the "Guidelines for Digital Transformation of the Banking and Insurance Industries", which provides clear guidelines for financial and insurance institutions to carry out digital transformation in terms of strategy deployment, organisational structure, business model innovation, technology and data system support, and risk control. In China, the asset custody mechanism has been closely linked to the development of asset management business from the moment of its birth and has significant Chinese characteristics. In the past 22 years, the asset custody mechanism has strongly guaranteed the rapid and healthy development of the public fund industry through the functions of fund custody and investment supervision, and has been successfully expanded to all asset management business areas.2021, with the full implementation of the new asset management regulations, the asset management industry has formally entered the transformation and upgrading stage. To keep up with the development of the times, custodians must start from the needs of customers and transform to the role of a more market-oriented asset management service provider. This is a major leap for the custodian industry. Custodian banks need to take the initiative to adjust their own positioning, leverage on business innovation and technological means, give full play to the value of their professional services, lead and create new demands in the industry by providing high-quality service supply, open up a brand-new market space for asset custodian business, and walk out of the road of high-quality development that emphasises on both scale and efficiency. M Bank, a leading joint-stock commercial bank in China, consistently focuses on delivering nimble and effective customer services, positioning itself within the industry's top ten for asset custody.Utilizing the literature review approach, this study focuses on the digital progression of M Bank's asset custody service and initially examines, investigates, and compiles findings from both domestic and international sources pertaining to the digital advancement within the asset custody sector of commercial banking. Secondly, it summarises and analyses the basic situation, transformation path and implementation strategy of M Bank asset custody business and digital transformation. Finally, the problems existing in the process of digital transformation of M Bank asset custody business are summarised and countermeasure suggestions are put forward in combination with the above research. M Bank, as one of the major joint-stock commercial banks in China, has always insisted on providing agile and efficient services to its customers, and ranks among the top ten in the industry in the field of asset custody. Taking the asset custody business of M Bank as the research object, this paper firstly analyses, researches and summarizes the literature related to the digital development of the asset custody business of commercial banks at home and abroad by using the literature research method. Secondly, it analyses the current situation of M Bank's asset custody business and its digital construction, and puts forward the current problems. Based on the aforementioned analysis, this paper constructs the goal and realisation path of digital transformation of M Bank's asset custody business. Finally, the safeguard measures for the digital transformation of M Bank's asset custody business are proposed in a targeted manner. | |
