中文摘要:海洋石油工程企业在全球能源供应中扮演着至关重要的角色,随着全球对能源需求的不断增长,特别是对石油和天然气的依赖,海洋石油资源的开发利用成为了众多国家和企业关注的焦点。然而,海洋石油开发面临着技术难度大、投资巨大、环境风险高等挑战,因此,如何制定灵活的竞争战略形成可持续的竞争优势,已经成为海洋石油工程企业面临的重要课题。 本文以央企控股的海洋石油工程专业公司H公司的战略实践为研究对象,旨在探究如何在复杂多变的市场环境中,通过有效的战略规划和实施,保持企业的竞争优势。首先,本文回顾了企业战略管理、竞争战略以及蓝海战略等相关概念,并通过PEST、SWOT、价值链等分析工具,为后续的实证研究奠定了理论基础。同时,对已有的竞争战略和海洋石油工程行业的研究进行了系统的综述。第二,本文从内部环境和外部环境两个维度出发,深入分析了公司的经营状况、关键资源和能力,以及面临的政治、经济、社会和技术环境。通过价值链分析,进一步识别了公司在价值创造过程中的关键环节和潜在优势。第三,本文通过SWOT分析,明确了H公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并据此制定了具体的战略定位和选择。战略内容包括以工程设计引领、整合资源打造综合解决方案和打造品牌等多个方面,旨在提升公司的整体竞争力。第四,本文提出了产品差异化、市场差异化和品牌差异化三个关键策略,并详细阐述了每个策略的具体实施措施,包括加强资源建设、细分市场开发、品牌忠诚度培养等;最后,本文从组织保障、财务保障、人力资源保障和风控合规保障四个方面提出了具体的建议,以确保战略规划的有效实施和持续的竞争优势。 本文为H公司提供了针对性的战略规划建议,也为同行业的企业提供了参考和借鉴,对于理解和应对海洋石油工程行业复杂挑战,如何制定战略框架、选择实施路径具有重要的理论和实践意义。  
英文摘要:Offshore oil engineering enterprises play a crucial role in the global energy supply. With the growing global demand for energy, especially for oil and gas, the development and utilization of offshore oil resources has become the focus of attention of many countries and enterprises.However, offshore oil development is faced with challenges such as technical difficulties, huge investment and high environmental risks. Therefore, how to develop a flexible competitive strategy to form a sustainable competitive advantage has become an important issue for offshore oil engineering enterprises. This paper takes the strategic practice of H Company, a professional offshore oil engineering company controlled by a central enterprise, as the research object, aiming to explore how to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises through effective strategic planning and implementation in a complex and changeable market environment.Firstly, this paper reviews the related concepts of enterprise strategic management, competitive strategy and blue ocean strategy, and lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent empirical research through PEST, SWOT, value chain and other analytical tools.At the same time, the existing competitive strategy and the research of offshore oil engineering industry are systematically summarized.Secondly, from the two dimensions of internal environment and external environment, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the company's operating status, key resources and capabilities, as well as the political, economic, social and technological environment it faces. Through the value chain analysis, the key links and potential advantages of the company in the process of value creation are further identified.Thirdly, through SWOT analysis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of H Company are clarified, and specific strategic positioning and selection are formulated accordingly.The strategic content includes engineering design leading, integrating resources to create one-stop service and brand building, etc., aiming to improve the overall competitiveness of the company.Fourthly, this paper puts forward three key strategies of product differentiation, market differentiation and brand differentiation, and elaborates the specific implementation measures of each strategy, including strengthening resource construction, market segmentation development, brand loyalty cultivating, etc.Finally, this paper puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects of organizational guarantee, financial guarantee, human resource guarantee and risk control compliance guarantee, to ensure the effective implementation of the strategic planning and sustainable competitive advantage. This paper provides targeted strategic planning suggestions for H Company, and also provides reference for enterprises in the same industry. It has theoretical and practical significance for understanding and responding to the complex challenges of the offshore oil engineering industry, how to develop a strategic framework and choose the implementation path.
