| 中文摘要: | 蓄电池产业作为汽车、通讯等许多国民经济支柱行业的重要配套产业在国民经济中占有重要位置,同时蓄电池产业已经成为我国重要的优势产业。天津蓝天电源公司(以下简称蓝天公司)是一家中等规模的国有企业,主要从事铅酸蓄电池产品的研发、生产与销售活动。作为十八所的下属公司,蓝天公司拥有卓越的技术能力,然而面对激烈的市场竞争和复杂多变的外部环境,蓝天公司亟需制定适合的竞争战略,充分发掘自身的核心竞争力,确立保持企业的持久竞争优势,才能在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。 本文首先通过对蓝天公司所处的蓄电池产业外部一般环境和产业竞争环境的分析,揭示了国内蓄电池产业的竞争格局,通过对蓝天公司所处铅酸电池细分市场的不同战略群组分别进行五力竞争模型分析,利用波特竞争理论得出了蓝天公司定位于集中差异化竞争战略的必要性结论;进而在集中差异化战略指引下进行价值链活动分析及价值链细分活动的结构性驱动因素的匹配性分析,构建蓝天公司的符合集中差异化战略的价值链,对发现的问题给出了调整建议;最后为了持久保持蓝天公司的竞争优势,运用资源与能力的理论分析了蓝天公司所具有的战略资源和核心能力,并给出保护和提升的方法,对蓝天公司基于资源与能力的战略风险进行分析,并制定相应规避风险的对策。 通过本文的分析和研究,有助于蓝天公司发现在目前运营过程中,实际所存在的主要问题和深层次原因,通过具体解决对策的理论分析和论证,找到今后运营过程中所应改善和提高的途径,从而不断提升蓝天公司的市场竞争力,以有效面对蓄电池产业内部的激烈竞争,进一步实现长远健康发展。希望本文的观点和具体主张,能够为蓝天公司今后的高层政策制定、战略实施等工作起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Battery industry has been an important role in the national economic of china as an important additional industry to mobile industry and communication industry, at the same time Chinese battery industry has become one of the most dominant industry in the world. Tianjin Lantian Powersource Co. is a middle scale company, which research and produce and sale lead-acid battery mainly. As the sub-company of Tianjin power sources institute, Lantian Co. has good technology capacity, but facing with the intensive marketing competition and complex variable environment, Lantian CO. has to make suitable strategy, and to find its core competition capacity, to make sure that it can maintain the lasting competition dominant. Based on the external environment of Lantian company, internal environment of battery industry, this thesis systematically analysis’s the feasibility and necessary of Lantian company, focus and difference development strategy and the appropriate value chain for the enterprise based on difference strategy. Furthermore, this thesis studies the structural factors that affecting segmentations and focus’s on the corresponding matching problem. Also, the thesis gives specific improvement suggestions and solutions on operation for the corresponding problems. In addition, the thesis analysis’s the feasibility to form strategy alliances with key materials, gives specific control methods and solutions to avoid risk of taking outsourcing strategic. From the point of view that long-term business development and maintaining a permanent competitive advantage, this study analysis resources and core competencies based on the strategy, gives recommendations to the using methods, improvement ways and protection approaches. | |
