中文摘要:摘要 随着有关部门近年来对于教育行业一系列政策的出台,从国家层面到家庭层面对于素质教育相比较于文化教育重要性的逐步突出。青少儿的体育素养养成,成为了家庭之间和孩子之间一种新的竞争赛道。近年来,体育培训行业从兴起到爆发式发展,经历了新冠肺炎疫情的冲击和国家“双减”政策出台后的不断规范化的尝试,校外培训机构,尤其是体育培训机构的发展迭代是非常迅速的。 即使是现在,青少年体育培训行业依然存在着各种乱象和诸多问题,“机构暴雷”、“跑路”等现象频繁出现。这些现象既是市场原因造成的,同时更多的也有自身发展战略和经营方式上的问题。L公司也同样如此,在体育培训市场竞争越发激烈、外部政策环境、经济环境等的变化影响下,以及公司内部的相关机制越发不适合现阶段以及未来的发展。因此,本文从L公司青少年体育培训业务的实际现状出发,以现阶段发展外部环境、内部优势和资源条件等信息进行分析,得出相关结论作为公司制定发展战略的依据,结合文献研究法、个案分析法、定性及定量分析法、归纳与演绎法等研究方法制定L公司发展战略,同时制定和运用相关措施作为发展战略实施的配套机制。 本着“提出问题”、“分析问题”、“解决问题”的写作思路,本文认为L公司需选择并实施增长型战略,通过提升运营效率、完善核心岗位培训体系;产品附加价值的发掘与呈现,根据市场环境确定营销和销售战略;丰富经营业态和合理化扩张等三个维度的发展战略的实施同时,需要在组织、制度和人员三个维度建立保障措施以支持发展战略的实施,从而建立起以高品质课程体系、服务体系支持公司发展的高效发展机制。 关键词:青少年体育培训;发展战略;配套机制  
英文摘要:Abstract With the introduction of a series of policies in the education industry by relevant departments in recent years, the importance of quality education compared to cultural education has gradually become prominent from the national level to the family level. The cultivation of young children's sports literacy has become a new competitive track between families and children. In recent years, the sports training industry has experienced the impact of the COVID-19 and the continuous standardization attempt after the introduction of the national "double reduction" policy. The development of off campus training institutions, especially sports training institutions, is very rapid. Even now, there are still various chaos and problems in the youth sports training industry, with frequent occurrences of "institutional explosions" and "running away". These phenomena are not only caused by market factors, but also have issues with their own development strategies and business methods. L Company is also in the same situation. Under the increasingly fierce competition in the sports training market, changes in external policy environment, economic environment, and other factors, as well as the increasingly unsuitable internal mechanisms for current and future development. Therefore, starting from the actual situation of L Company's youth sports training business, this article analyzes the external environment, internal advantages, and resource conditions of the current development stage, and draws relevant conclusions as the basis for the company to formulate its development strategy. Combining research methods such as literature research, case analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, induction and deduction, the development strategy of L Company is formulated. At the same time, relevant measures are formulated and applied as supporting mechanisms for the implementation of the development strategy. Following the writing philosophy of "raising questions", "analyzing problems", and "solving problems", this article believes that L Company needs to choose and implement a growth oriented strategy by improving operational efficiency and improving the core job training system; Exploring and presenting the added value of products, determining marketing and sales strategies based on market environment; The implementation of a development strategy that enriches business formats and rationalizes expansion requires the establishment of security measures in the organizational, institutional, and personnel dimensions to support the implementation of the development strategy, thereby establishing an efficient development mechanism that supports the company's development with a high-quality curriculum system and service system.
