中文摘要: NAND闪存是一种数据存储器,包括生活中使用的手机内存、电脑硬盘等, 为数据处理提供信息存储和基础的读写能力,作为半导体存储关键技术直接影 响着经济发展、社会民生和综合国力。这一数字经济的基础技术领域长期被国外 垄断,制约着我国的发展,近年来我国在尝试突破国外“卡脖子”技术,扶持了 一批半导体存储企业,企业作为技术创新的主体发挥着至关重要的作用,本研究 对NAND闪存企业的技术竞争力进行研究,对于提升我国NAND闪存企业技术 竞争力有着参考意义。 本研究使用专利组合分析和社会网络分析方法,对NAND闪存企业技术专 利现状、企业技术竞争力评价、关键核心技术和国内企业提升竞争力案例分析四 个方面展开了研究。利用S曲线拟合技术生命周期发现NAND闪存技术已进入 成熟期,行业垄断特征明显,韩国、美国、日本和中国的企业是主要竞争主体。 通过专利组合分析对行业主要企业技术竞争力进行了评价,识别出了技术优势 企业、潜在竞争企业、技术活跃企业和技术落后企业。利用k核心分析方法深入 挖掘了技术优势企业和潜在竞争企业的核心技术领域,发现核心技术趋同,竞争 十分激烈。选取了国内代表企业进行案例分析,发现国内企业凭借后发优势在存 储架构上技术优势明显,但在更为基础的关键原料、核心设备和重要工艺上仍然 依赖国外,被国外企业掣肘。针对劣势技术领域进行技术主路径分析,为案例企 业提升企业技术竞争力给出技术布局参考。最后,综合上述分析给出了国内企业 提升技术竞争力的对策。 关键词:企业技术竞争力;专利分析;社会网络分析;NAND闪存  
英文摘要: NAND flash memory is a kind of data storage, including mobile phone memory and computer hard disk used in life, which provides information storage and basic reading and writing ability for data processing. As a key technology of semiconductor storage, it directly affects economic development, social livelihood and comprehensive national strength. This basic technology field of digital economy has long been monopolized by foreign countries, which restricts the development of China. In recent years, China has been trying to break through the foreign "stuck neck" technology, and has supported a number of semiconductor storage enterprises. As the main body of technological innovation, enterprises play a vital role. It has reference significance for improving the technical competitiveness of NAND flash memory enterprises in China. This study uses the patent portfolio analysis and social network analysis methods to study the technology patent status of NAND flash memory enterprises, the evaluation of enterprise technology competitiveness, the key core technology and the case analysis of domestic enterprises to improve their competitiveness. Using S-curve fitting technology life cycle, it is found that NAND flash memory technology has entered a mature period, the industry monopoly characteristics are obvious, and South Korea, the United States, Japan and China are the main competitors. Through the analysis of patent portfolio, the technological competitiveness of the main enterprises in the industry is evaluated, and the technological superiority enterprises, potential competitive enterprises, technologically active enterprises and technologically backward enterprises are identified. The k-core analysis method is used to deeply mine the core technology fields of technology advantage enterprises and potential competitive enterprises, and it is found that the core technologies are similar and the competition is very fierce. This paper selects domestic representative enterprises for case analysis, and finds that domestic enterprises have obvious technical advantages in storage architecture by relying on the advantage of late development, but they still rely on foreign enterprises for more basic key raw materials, core equipment and important processes, which are hampered by foreign enterprises. The technology main path analysis is carried out for the inferior technology field, and the technical layout reference is given for the case enterprise to improve the technical competitiveness of the enterprise. Finally, based on the above analysis, the countermeasures to enhance the technological competitiveness of domestic enterprises are given.
