中文摘要:随着互联网技术的不断发展,基于互联网平台的招聘活动已成为绝大部分公司主要的招聘渠道。互联网线上招聘方式聚合海量职位和求职者信息,通过技术手段形成信息对接极大解放了线下招聘活动受到的时间空间限制。然而在实际应用过程中,TY公司也遇到了许多痛点和难点,如招聘平台操作繁琐、信息不透明、简历筛选不够精准等。这些问题不仅会降低企业的招聘效率,也会影响招聘结果的品质。为了深入了解TY公司在线招聘过程中遇到的痛点和难点,本文通过问卷调查的方式进行了研究。调查结果显示,TY公司招聘者对于在线招聘平台的难点集中在以下几点:重复动作多、工作量较为繁重、手工操作较为复杂等,这些难点均对当前招聘工作形成了难以突破的桎梏。 如何对既有线上招聘流程进行合理优化是本文研究的对象和方向。在研究过程中作者研究总结了企业管理理论中关于敏捷性的相关理论、流程管理相关理论以及人力资源管理中关于招聘效率和人力模型相关理论,同时也总结了人工智能技术在企业中各类应用场景的探索与研究。本文以TY公司人力资源流程优化为研究对象,研究通过以上理论和技术的应用以有效地优化和提升招聘流程中的各个环节,如职位建模、简历采集、人岗匹配和候选人沟通等,并通过优化后的数据统计、案例说明和敏捷性量化评估来验证流程优化的可行性与有效性。 本文研究发现,利用人工智能技术对在线招聘流程进行优化和智能化,可以有效提高招聘效率和招聘结果的准确性,提高候选人的质量。伴随着互联网科学技术的广泛应用,在线招聘市场将会继续保持高速增长,我们在TY公司的在线招聘流程优化过程在市场上具备广阔的空间和发展机遇。  
英文摘要:With the continuous development of Internet technology, recruitment activities based on the Internet platform have become the main recruitment channel for most companies. Online recruitment on the Internet aggregates massive job and jobseeker information, and forms information docking through technical means, which greatly liberates the time and space constraints received by offline recruitment activities. However, in the actual application process, TY Company has also encountered many pain points and difficulties, such as cumbersome recruitment platform operations, opaque information, and inaccurate resume screening. These issues not only reduce the recruitment efficiency of enterprises, but also affect the quality of recruitment results. To gain a deeper understanding of the pain points and difficulties encountered in TY Company's online recruitment process, this article conducted research through a questionnaire survey. The survey results show that TY Company's recruiters face difficulties in online recruitment platforms, mainly in the following areas: repetitive actions, heavy workload, and cumbersome manual operations, all of which create constraints that are difficult to break through in current recruitment work. How to optimize the existing online recruitment process reasonably is the object and direction of this article's research. During the research process, the author summarized the relevant theories on agility in enterprise management theory, as well as recruitment efficiency and human model in human resource management. At the same time, the author also explored the possibility of intelligent recruitment applications based on artificial intelligence technology. This article takes TY Company's human resources process transformation as the research object, and studies the application of the above theories and technologies to effectively transform and improve various aspects of the recruitment process, such as position modeling, resume collection, job matching, and candidate communication. The feasibility and effectiveness of process optimization are verified through optimized data statistics and agility quantification evaluation. This study found that using artificial intelligence technology to transform and automate the online recruitment process can effectively improve recruitment efficiency and accuracy of recruitment results and improve the quality of candidates. With the wide application of Internet science and technology, the online recruitment market will continue to grow at a high speed. Our online recruitment process transformation process in TY Company has broad space and development opportunities in the market.
