中文摘要:信息化和数字化随着网络信息科技的持续进步,已经变成了经济增长过程中的关键推动力。信息技术在不同行业、领域重新打造新的商业模式和服务体验,引领着前所未有的变革,人们普遍认识到数字经济将增加产业结构的复杂性、提高生产效率。金融与科技的深度融合在数字经济化时代,给银行业带来了巨大的冲击和挑战。新兴的业态如互联网金融对传统银行产生了深远影响,但同时也为其发展带来了全新的可能性。为了应对这一变革,银行必须进行数字化转型。数字化转型不仅仅是一种应对多元化竞争者需求的策略,更是企业为了适应经济环境变化、把握发展机遇、探索新的发展路径的关键步骤。在数字化转型的推动下,银行正以前所未有的速度进行自我革新,这一变革不仅为银行业带来了全新的发展机遇,更深度地影响了实体经济的运行。我们可以清晰地看到,数字化转型已经为社会的发展注入了新的活力,提供了强大的动力。 本文深入研究了国内外银行在数字化转型过程中的实践案例,结合竞争战略理论、核心竞争力理论、适应性战略理论、金融创新理论等相关理论,为银行的数字化转型提供了坚实的理论基础。我们必须认识到,银行数字化转型的重要性和必要性是不可忽视的。以B银行为例,尽管作为一家商业银行,其进步并没有按照预期的方向走下去,无论是面对大型国有银行或是股份制银行的竞争力上看,都是处在中等偏下的地位。首先,本文运用PEST和波特五力模型来分析B银行的内部及外部数字化转型背景及其对现阶段转型的紧迫性。其次,根据目前B银行经营状况加上面临的问题,如数字化投入规模小、国企制度困境、金融监管束缚等深入剖析问题。最后针对数字化转型问题提出相应的措施和建议:提高信息技术应用能力,整合线上线下资源,融合多渠道数字信息资源,壮大科技技术人才队伍。 本文形成以下结论:首先,B银行正面临着数字化的紧迫需求;其次,明确了其数字化转型所遇到的主要障碍;最后,为了成功推动B银行的数字化转型,结合SWOT模型分析提出从战略方面、组织构架、线上线下服务能力到资源投入方面提出转型策略以及配套措施。  
英文摘要:With the continuous progress of network information technology, informatization and digitalization have become the key driving force in the process of economic growth. Information technology is reinventing new business models and service experiences in different industries and fields, leading unprecedented changes, and it is widely recognized that the digital economy will increase the complexity of industrial structures and improve production efficiency. The deep integration of finance and technology has brought great impact and challenge to the banking industry in the era of digital economy. Emerging forms of business such as Internet finance have a profound impact on traditional banks, but at the same time bring new possibilities for their development. To cope with this change, banks must undertake a digital transformation. Digital transformation is not only a strategy to respond to the needs of diversified competitors, but also a key step for enterprises to adapt to changes in the economic environment, seize development opportunities, and explore new development paths. Driven by digital transformation, banks are innovating themselves at an unprecedented speed, which not only brings new development opportunities for the banking industry, but also profoundly affects the operation of the real economy. We can clearly see that digital transformation has injected new vitality into the development of society and provided a strong driving force. This thesis delves into practical cases of domestic and foreign banks in the process of digital transformation. The combination of competitive strategy theory, core competitiveness theory, adaptive strategy theory, financial innovation theory and other related theories provides a solid theoretical foundation for the digital transformation of banks. We must recognize that the importance and necessity of digital transformation in banks cannot be ignored. Taking Bank B as an example, although as a commercial bank, its progress has not continued in the expected direction, whether facing large state-owned banks or joint-stock banks in terms of competitiveness, it is in a lower middle position. Firstly, this thesis uses PEST and Porter's Five Forces model to analyze the internal and external digital transformation background of Bank B and the urgency of its impact on current development. Secondly, based on the current operational status of Bank B and the problems it faces, such as small scale digital investment, difficulties in state-owned enterprise systems, and financial regulatory constraints, a thorough analysis of the issues will be conducted. Finally, corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed to address the issue of digital transformation: improving information technology application capabilities, integrating online and offline resources, integrating multi-channel digital information resources, and strengthening the team of scientific and technological talents. This thesis draws the following conclusions: Firstly, Bank B is facing the urgent need of digitalization; Secondly, it identifies the main obstacles encountered in its digital transformation. Finally, in order to successfully promote the digital transformation of Bank B, combined with SWOT model analysis, transformation strategies and supporting measures are proposed from the aspects of strategy, organizational structure, online and offline service capabilities and resource investment.
