中文摘要: | 为了全面落实碳达峰碳中和战略部署,相关政府部门出台一系列产业政策,推动汽车产业低碳化转型。汽车产业正面临百年未有之变革,新能源汽车崛起迅速,对传统汽车发动机行业带来了巨大挑战。随着竞争环境的复杂化和多变化,汽车企业如何保持自身生存、实现稳健发展面临着巨大挑战,因此,选择适宜的发展战略对于汽车企业尤为重要。A公司作为一家传统的汽车零部件生产企业,目前正在经历巨大的组织变革,其业务范围涵盖汽油发动机、电动机及其零部件的制造、研发和销售。市场竞争激烈和政策环境的不断变化带来了新的挑战,需要A公司进一步优化其战略以适应变化的行业需求。 本论文旨在对A公司的发动机业务进行战略研究。通过分析该公司发动机业务情况、竞争环境以及公司的战略定位,探讨A公司在发动机领域的核心竞争力和战略方向。本文以实践为基础,采用文献综述、实证分析和数据分析等研究方法,在参阅相关文献的基础上,应用战略管理领域的PEST分析、波特五力模型、价值链分析以及SWOT分析等理论和工具。最后确定A公司发展的总体战略应定位为防御型战略,降低公司风险,实现永续发展。在发动机业务领域方面采取成本领先战略为主、差异化战略为辅的混合竞争战略,目的是使企业各种资源的利用效率最大化,寻求企业转型发展的契机,提高企业在市场中的竞争力。最后,本论文结合A公司的实际情况,对选择的竞争战略提出相应的战略实施和保障策略。 通过以上分析和研究,将A公司的竞争战略进行整体梳理,为公司的未来发展规划了比较明确的方向,同时希望对同类企业竞争战略的制定和优化具有参考意义。 | |
英文摘要: | To comprehensively implement the strategies of peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality, relevant government departments have introduced a series of industrial policies to promote the low-carbon transformation of the automotive industry. The automotive industry is undergoing unprecedented changes, with the rapid rise of new energy vehicles posing significant challenges to the traditional automotive engine sector. With the increasingly complex and volatile competitive environment, automotive enterprises face tremendous challenges in maintaining their survival and achieving steady development. Therefore, choosing appropriate development strategies is particularly important for automotive enterprises. Company A, as a traditional automotive parts manufacturing enterprise, is currently undergoing significant organizational changes. Its business scope includes the manufacturing, research and development, and sales of gasoline engines, electric motors, and their components. Intense market competition and the continuous changes in policy environment bring new challenges, requiring Company A to further optimize its strategies to adapt to the changing industry demands. This thesis aims to conduct a strategic study on Company A's engine business. By analyzing the company's engine business, competitive environment, and strategic positioning, it explores Company A's core competitiveness and strategic direction in the engine field. Based on practice, this paper adopts research methods such as literature review, empirical analysis, and data analysis. Referring to relevant literature, it applies theoretical frameworks and tools from strategic management field, including PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, value chain analysis, and SWOT analysis. Finally, the overall strategic development of Company A is positioned as a defensive strategy to reduce risks and achieve sustainable development. In the engine business, it adopts a mixed competitive strategy with cost leadership as the main strategy and differentiation strategy as the auxiliary strategy, aiming to maximize the efficiency of various resources utilization, seek opportunities for enterprise transformation and development, and enhance the company's competitiveness in the market. Lastly, based on Company A's actual situation, this paper proposes corresponding strategic implementation and assurance strategies for the selected competitive strategies. Through the above analysis and research, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of Company A's competitive strategy, providing a clear direction for the company's future development planning. It is hoped that this study will have reference value for the formulation and optimization of competitive strategies for similar enterprises. | |
