中文摘要：	随着大数据、云计算及移动互联网等尖端信息技术的迅猛进步与广泛应用，传统商业银行的运营模式正面临着深刻的变革。发展理念、服务手段、管理方式乃至竞争格局均发生了翻天覆地的变化，数字化转型已成为银行业在激烈市场竞争中脱颖而出的关键所在。近十年来，中国银行业积极投身数字化转型的大潮，几乎所有银行都将此视为业务发展的重中之重。 本文以A银行为例，深入探讨了其在数字化转型过程中遇到的主要问题及相应的解决策略。首先概述了数字化经济的当前发展态势及商业银行的数字化转型趋势，系统回顾了数字化转型的基本概念、演进历程及相关技术手段。接着，运用PEST分析、波特五力模型及SWOT分析等战略工具，从宏观环境、行业竞争态势及微观环境等多个维度，全面剖析了A银行实施数字化转型所面临的内外环境、优势与挑战、机遇与威胁。以此对A银行转型状况及改进建立分析基础。文章还构建了A银行数字化转型的要素模型，深入分析了当前阶段存在问题的根源。 针对A银行转型现状，文章详细阐述了其在组织、业务及安全三个层面面临的主要挑战，并特别强调了业务层面在数据来源、数据标准及数据使用等方面需予以重点关注的问题。进一步探讨了A银行数字化转型应遵循的基本原则，以技术创新理论为基础，从组织、业务及安全三个层面的挑战出发，提出了系统性改进方案。最后，阐述了A银行在推进数字化转型过程中所需的各项保障措施，以确保转型的顺利进行和成功实施。 关键词： 商业银行；数字化转型；数据孤岛；数据割裂
英文摘要：	With the rapid advancement and widespread application of cutting-edge information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and mobile internet, the operational models of traditional commercial banks are facing profound changes. Development concepts, service methods, management styles, and even competitive landscapes have undergone earth-shattering transformations. Digital transformation has become pivotal for banks to stand out in the intense market competition. Over the past decade, Chinese banks have actively engaged in the trend of digital transformation, with almost all of them considering it as the top priority for their business development. This thesis takes Bank A as an illustrative example, delving into the primary issues encountered during its digital transformation and the corresponding strategies for resolution. It begins with an overview of the current developmental trajectory of the digital economy and the trend towards digital transformation in commercial banks. The thesis systematically reviews the fundamental concepts, evolutionary history, and relevant technological tools of digital transformation. Subsequently, it employs strategic tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, and SWOT analysis to comprehensively analyze the internal and external contexts, strengths and challenges, opportunities and threats faced by Bank A in its pursuit of digital transformation across dimensions including macro-environment, industry competitive dynamics, and micro-environment. This provides a foundation for analyzing the transformation status and improvement of Bank A. The thesis further constructs a model of the elements underlying Bank A's digital transformation, providing an in-depth analysis of the root causes of the issues present at this stage. In light of the current state of transformation of Bank A, the thesis elaborates in detail on the primary challenges it faces at the organizational, business, and security levels. It places particular emphasis on issues that require special attention at the business level, including data sources, data standards, and data usage. Building on this foundation, the thesis further discusses the fundamental principles that Bank A should adhere to in its digital transformation and proposes specific strategies to address challenges at the organizational, business, and security levels. Finally, the thesis outlines the necessary safeguards required by Bank A in advancing its digital transformation to ensure smooth and successful implementation of the transformation.
