中文摘要:当下,数字化应用程度日益提升,金融行业在数字化转型中普遍面临着从基础功能到关键要素的种种挑战和压力。与新兴的互联网“类金融组织和产品”相比,现代金融体系的稳健性和持续性直接受数字化与金融科技手段应用的影响。在此过程中,中小银行因其独特的内部设置和发展环境而备受关注,成为各国监管者、行业和研究人员共同探讨的焦点。数字化转型中对架构的要求愈发重要,企业架构作为构建现代化科技治理体系的核心因素,能够持续有效地支撑科技资源投入与业务变革发展。数字化转型方法的系统性认知趋同,作为企业级系统工程对企业价值链在数字化技术支持下重构,通过业务架构驱动数字化转型已成为普遍认知。 基于此,本文在分析国内外研究工作的基础上,从理论和实际应用两个方面,以B银行为例对金融科技背景下商业银行业务架构设计与实施进行深入研究。全文主要研究内容与成果如下: 在理论探讨和实践相结合的基础上,本文采用了文献研究法、案例研究法、理论研究和实证研究、纵向研究和比较研究相结合的方法。对金融科技、业务架构和价值链理论概念进行展开,综述国内外研究现状。以B银行为例,介绍其金融科技发展现状并对所处的内外部环境进行分析。外部环境方面,对比三家国际银行在数字化转型方面的举措和成效,总结国内银行业金融科技发展趋势和经验启示,分析外部金融环境因素。内部环境方面,归纳影响B银行金融科技发展转型的内在根因。得出B银行开展业务架构设计是十分必要的结论,然后对业务架构设计与实施的原则、方法、价值进行展开。建立流程模型、产品模型、实体模型三维一体的业务架构模型,全面梳理B银行业务流程、产品目录、数据资产描绘全行业务现状,发现痛点问题和优化改进机会。 研究结果表明,B银行通过运用业务架构这一科学、有效的工具方法来获取竞争优势,认真分析银行内、外部环境,结合实际制定符合自身特色的金融科技发展方式,并通过有效的制度和方案来进行切实的贯彻和实施。对其他商业银行的业务架构设计与实施带来了一定的积极促进作用和参考价值,摸索出可操作性更强的转型之道。 
英文摘要:Currently, the application level of digital technology is increasing, and the financial industry is generally facing various challenges and pressures from basic functions to key elements in digital transformation. Compared with the emerging Internet "quasi financial organizations and products", the stability and sustainability of the modern financial system are directly affected by the application of digital and financial technology means. During this process, small and medium-sized banks have attracted much attention due to their unique internal settings and development environment, becoming a focus of discussion among regulators, industries, and researchers from various countries. The requirement for architecture is becoming increasingly important in digital transformation. As a core factor in building a modern technology governance system, enterprise architecture can continuously and effectively support the investment of technology resources and business transformation and development. The systematic cognitive convergence of digital transformation methods, as an enterprise level system engineering that reconstructs the enterprise value chain with the support of digital technology, has become a common understanding to drive digital transformation through business architecture. Based on this, this article analyzes the research work at home and abroad, and conducts in-depth research on the design and implementation of commercial bank business architecture under the background of financial technology, taking B Bank as an example from both theoretical and practical aspects. The main research content and achievements of the entire article are as follows: On the basis of combining theoretical exploration with practical application, this article adopts a combination of literature research method, case study method, theoretical research and empirical research, longitudinal research and comparative research methods. Expand on the concepts of financial technology, business architecture, and value chain theory, and summarize the current research status at home and abroad. Taking Bank B as an example, introduce its current status of financial technology development and analyze its internal and external environment. In terms of external environment, compare the measures and achievements of three international banks in digital transformation, summarize the development trends and experiences of financial technology in the domestic banking industry, and analyze external financial environment factors. In terms of internal environment, summarize the underlying factors that affect the development and transformation of B Bank's financial technology. It is necessary to draw a conclusion that B Bank conducts business architecture design, and then elaborate on the principles, methods, and values of business architecture design and implementation. Establish a three-dimensional business architecture model that integrates process models, product models, and entity models, comprehensively review the business processes, product catalogs, and data assets of Bank B, describe the current business situation of the entire bank, identify pain points, problems, and optimize improvement opportunities. The research results indicate that Bank B obtains competitive advantages through the use of business architecture, a scientific and effective tool and method. It carefully analyzes the internal and external environment of the bank, combines with reality, and formulates a financial technology development mode that conforms to its own characteristics, and implements it effectively through effective systems and plans. This has brought a certain positive promoting effect and reference value to the design and implementation of business architecture for other commercial banks, and explored more actionable transformation paths.
