| 英文摘要: | With the continuous adjustment and updating of tax policies and the arrival of the fourth phase of the golden tax, the tax supervision of enterprises has been pushed to a new height. Enterprises have realized the importance of professional fiscal and taxation consulting services for operations. They hope that fiscal and taxation consulting companies can understand and adapt to complex tax policies, ensure compliance, and at the same time achieve tax optimization, reduce costs, and increase profits. In the face of the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology, traditional fiscal and taxation consulting companies need to change their service model, improve service quality and professional ability to maintain competitiveness. Therefore, it is very important to establish a high-quality and professional staff team for the development of finance and taxation consulting companies. Enterprises need to take measures to attract and retain excellent employees to improve the company 's work efficiency and provide reliable talent support for the healthy development of enterprises. This thesis takes the employee motivation system of A Finance and Taxation Consulting Company as the research object, and uses the literature research method, interview method and questionnaire survey method. Based on the concept of motivation, motivation theory, psychological contract theory and career theory, combined with the collected data, this paper analyzes the satisfaction status of the employee motivation system of A Finance and Taxation Consulting Company, and finds that the motivation system has problems in salary motivation, employee career planning, promotion channel, employee training and participation management. Through interviews, it is found that the company does not attach importance to the leadership thought, the awareness of rules and regulations is not strong, and the motivation structure is unreasonable. It leads to the lack of A fiscal and taxation consulting motivation system.After deeply analyzing the problems existing in the salary motivation system of A company 's financial personnel, this paper comprehensively optimizes it, and puts forward specific optimization contents from multiple dimensions such as salary motivation system, performance motivation system system, training motivation system, promotion motivation system, management motivation system and employee career planning. At the same time, in order to ensure that these optimization measures can be effectively implemented, measures such as communication channel guarantee, system guarantee, cultural guarantee and implementation process guarantee are also proposed to build a set of perfect salary motivation system. The implementation of these adjustments and measures aims to create a more fair, reasonable and effective motivation environment for the financial personnel of A Finance and Taxation Consulting Company. By optimizing the salary system, ensure that employees ' pay and return match, and stimulate their enthusiasm for work ; by improving the career planning of employees, it provides employees with a clear promotion path and development space to help them realize their personal value ; through the smooth promotion channel, break the bottleneck of promotion, so that outstanding employees can stand out ; by strengthening staff training and participation in management, improve the overall quality of employees and participation, enhance the company 's cohesion and centripetal force. | |
