中文摘要：	随着互联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等技术的发展，生产效率极大提升，人类社会正在由工业经济时代迈入数字经济时代。据中国信息通信研究院预测，到2025年我国数字经济规模将超60万亿元。国家高度重视数字经济，出台政策引导实体产业与数字技术融合发展。近年来，政府为优化营商环境，降低企业负担，于2018、2019和2020年连续要求降低工商业电价10%、10%、5%，作为以电力商品为主要收入来源的国有企业GW公司来说，经营管理受到极大挑战，数字化转型迫在眉睫。 本文对国内外数字化转型相关文献进行整理，梳理数字化相关知识，结合双元性管理、战略管理理论、PEST和SWOT等理论工具，以供电企业GW公司案例为基础，分析其管理现状，发现商业模式、运营效率、经营产品、数据共享等方面问题，并对GW公司所处内外部环境进行分析。宏观方面，用PEST对GW公司所处外部宏观环境进行分析；中观方面，利用波特五力模型对行业竞争情况进行分析；微观方面，用价值链模型对GW公司内部环境进行深入讨论，识别数字化转型的机会和威胁及企业自身的优势和劣势。最后，针对前述分析，从借助数字技术探索商业模式转型、推动主营业务转型提效、建设新型电力系统重构产业集群、新兴业务打造业绩蓝海和筑牢数字化发展基础等几个方面对GW公司数字化转型发展提出可行性建议。 本文结合实际案例，创新性应用双元论的“利用-探索”关系，以产业集群和蓝海战略为指导，从数字技术应用角度进行战略管理研究，找出GW公司经营管理中的不足，并提出相应建议，以期制定数字化转型发展的SO战略，使其运营更加高效和收入更加多元，以便实现可持续发展。因此，本研究具有现实意义。同时，希望对类似企业的发展有一定启发和参考价值。
英文摘要：	With the development of Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, production efficiency has been greatly improved, and human society is moving from the industrial economy era to the digital economy era. According to the prediction of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the scale of China's digital economy will exceed 60 trillion yuan by 2025. The country attaches great importance to the digital economy and has introduced policies to guide the integration and development of physical industries and digital technology. In recent years, in order to optimize the business environment and reduce the burden on enterprises, the government has continuously demanded a 10%, 10%, and 5% reduction in industrial and commercial electricity prices in 2018, 2019, and 2020. As a state-owned enterprise with electricity as its main source of income, GW Company faces great challenges in business management and digital transformation is urgent. This thesis summarizes relevant literature on digital transformation at home and abroad, sorts out digital related knowledge, and combines theoretical tools such as dualism management, strategic management theory, PEST, and SWOT. Based on the case of power supply enterprise GW Company, it analyzes its management status, identifies problems in business models, operational efficiency, business products, data sharing, and analyzes the internal and external environment in which GW Company operates. Macroscopically, use PEST to analyze the external macro environment in which GW Company operates; On the meso level, analyze the industry competition situation using Porter's Five Forces model; On a micro level, use a value chain model to conduct in-depth discussions on the internal environment of GW Company, identify opportunities and threats for digital transformation, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise itself. Finally, based on the above analysis, feasible suggestions are proposed for GW Company's digital transformation development from several aspects, such as exploring business model transformation through digital technology, promoting the transformation and efficiency of its main business, constructing a new type of power system reconstruction industry cluster, creating a blue ocean of performance for emerging businesses, and building a solid foundation for digital development. This thesis combines practical cases and innovatively applies the "utilization exploration" relationship of dualism. Guided by the theory of industrial clusters and blue ocean strategy, it conducts a strategic management research from the perspective of digital technology application, identifies the shortcomings in GW Company's business management, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to formulate an SO strategy for digital transformation and development, making its operation more efficient and revenue more diversified, in order to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, this research has practical significance. At the same time, we hope to provide some inspiration and reference value for the development of similar enterprises.
