中文摘要:当前市场竞争日益加剧,产品同质化严重、价格竞争激烈、利润空间有限等 问题迫使企业在降低成本、提高效率、保持品质和技术创新等方面需要不断作出 优化。采购管理作为供应链管理中重要的环节之一,在供应链中的作用不仅仅是 简单地购买所需的物品或服务,更是促进企业运营的发展和成功的重要驱动力, 对整个供应链的运作和企业的绩效表现都有着直接的影响。 本文结合供应链及供应链管理与采购管理的相关理论知识,通过对 G 公司 当前采购组织结构、采购人员配置、原材料采购流程、采购成本控制、供应商管 理等方面进行分析与研究,找出 G 公司当前存在的问题和需要优化的方面,采 用科学的方法为推动 G 公司采购管理功能的转变和优化提出自己的意见和建议。 优化方案围绕采购组织管理、采购流程、采购策略、供应商管理以及采购成 本管理这五个方面展开。即从通过采购功能的重新设置以及采购岗位与人员配 置的优化来实现采购组织的优化提升;优化需求确认、明确采购需求以及简化采 购流程三方面入手优化采购流程;根据不同的物料分类来制定不同的采购策略; 优化供应商开发与选择、激励与控制措施;通过对物料整体成本、长期合作带来 的成本优势以及库存管理带来的存储物流费用的节约来优化采购成本。 最后,本文期望能够通过对 G 公司采购管理优化的研究,为我国矿用凿岩 工具行业企业提供一定的采购管理优化思路,以便各企业可以根据自身的公司 特点来制定出适合自己公司的一套采购管理优化措施,从而能够不断的提高自 身在市场中的核心竞争力。 
英文摘要:The growing intensity of market competition, coupled with severe product homogenization, intense price competition, and limited profit margins, necessitates that enterprises continuously optimize their processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, maintain quality, and innovate technologically. Procurement management, as a critical aspect of supply chain management, goes beyond simply purchasing goods or services and serves as a crucial driver for the growth and success of enterprise operations. It directly impacts the overall operation of the supply chain and the performance of the enterprise. This thesis integrates the theoretical knowledge of supply chain, supply chain management, and procurement management. It analyzed G Company's current procurement organizational structure, staffing, raw material procurement processes, procurement cost control, and supplier management. It identified existing issues and areas for improvement and offered scientific insights to enhance G Company's procurement management function. The optimization program encompasses five key areas: procurement organization management, procurement process, procurement strategy, supplier management, and procurement cost management. This program achieves the optimization and enhancement of the procurement organization by resetting the procurement function and optimizing the staffing of procurement positions; The procurement process is optimized through three aspects: confirming requirements, clarifying procurement needs, and simplifying the procurement process; Different procurement strategies are developed based on different material classifications; The development and selection of suppliers, as well as their incentives and controls, are optimized; Procurement costs are optimized by considering the overall cost of materials, the cost advantages derived from long-term partnerships, and the savings in storage and logistics costs achieved through inventory management. Finally, this thesis willing to offer the insights into procurement management optimization for enterprises in China's mining rock drilling tool industry through the case of G Company. This will enable companies to tailor their procurement management strategies to their unique characteristics, thereby enhancing their core competitiveness in the market.
