| 中文摘要: | 随着信息技术的飞速发展和全球商业模式的深刻变革,电子采购平台已成为企业实现供应链高效协同、降低采购成本、提升管理水平的重要工具。A公司作为行业内的领军企业,其电子采购平台在推动业务流程优化、强化内部控制、提高运营效率等方面发挥了关键作用。然而,在实际运行过程中,如何进一步优化项目交付管理,确保平台项目持续稳定地提供高质量服务,满足日益复杂多变的业务需求,成为A公司当前迫切需要解决的核心问题。 本研究以A公司的电子采购平台项目交付为对象,结合A公司具体项目案例和实际问题,旨在深入探讨并提出针对其项目交付管理的优化策略与实施方案。我们通过头脑风暴和调查问卷法归纳整理A公司交付管理面临的问题现状,结合现代项目管理理论、信息技术应用实践以及A公司的具体业务场景,对其电子采购平台项目交付的全流程进行细致分析,总结出项目管理全生命周期实施纲要,同时探讨从部门管理、人员管理、团队管理、需求管理角度如何优化提升公司交付能力。并且,A公司的电子采购平台产品本身也存在极大的改进空间,本文也创新性地从产品架构、智能化集成平台、低代码平台等多角度来提升项目研发效率和研发质量。 在实践中,通过应用本文所研究的方案和方法,A公司电子采购平台项目交付能力得到了很大的提升,这些内容构建一套适应于A公司特性和未来发展战略的项目交付管理体系。这不仅有助于提升A公司电子采购平台的服务效能与客户满意度,也将为同类型企业的信息化建设项目管理创新提供有价值的参考与借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of information technology and profound transformations in global business models, electronic procurement platforms have become essential tools for enterprises to achieve efficient supply chain collaboration, reduce procurement costs, and enhance management levels. Company A, as an industry leader, has seen its electronic procurement platform play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes, strengthening internal controls, and improving operational efficiency. However, amidst actual operations, addressing how to further optimize project delivery management to ensure that the platform consistently delivers high-quality services while adapting to increasingly complex and changing business requirements has emerged as a pressing core issue for Company A. This study focuses on the project delivery of Company A's electronic procurement platform, drawing from specific case studies and real-world challenges within the company. Its objective is to delve deeply into and propose refined strategies and implementation plans for optimizing project delivery management. Through brainstorming sessions and survey questionnaire methods, we identify and synthesize the current issues faced by Company A in its delivery management. Integrating contemporary project management theories, IT application practices, and Company A's unique business scenarios, we conduct a meticulous analysis of the entire process of its electronic procurement platform project delivery, distilling an overarching framework for the project's entire lifecycle management. Moreover, this study explores ways to enhance the company's delivery capability from the perspectives of departmental management, personnel management, team management, and demand management. Furthermore, recognizing ample room for improvement within Company A's electronic procurement product itself, this research innovatively proposes advancements from multiple angles, including product architecture, intelligent integration platforms, and low-code platforms, aimed at boosting project development efficiency and quality. In practical application, implementing the strategies and methods researched herein significantly improves Company A's project delivery capabilities for its electronic procurement platform. These insights collectively contribute to formulating a project delivery management system tailored to Company A's characteristics and future strategic development. Not only does this help elevate the service effectiveness and customer satisfaction of Company A's electronic procurement platform, but it also serves as a valuable reference and source of inspiration for innovation in project management in similar informatization construction projects across comparable businesses. | |
