中文摘要:近年来,随着互联网、大数据等数字技术的发展与普及,衍生出了“数字经济”“数字化转型”等概念。新技术引领时代变革潮流,数字化浪潮席卷全球。国内企业都在不断探索向信息化、数字化经营转变。制造业企业是我国经济发展的中流砥柱,当前正处在数字化转型的关键阶段,随着数字技术的日新月异,企业内部传统的培训模式已逐渐暴露出其局限性,无法满足员工日益增长的培训需求。这种状况不仅制约了员工的个人成长,导致他们的工作绩效难以达到理想水平,更在一定程度上削弱了企业在市场上的竞争力。若长此以往,将对公司战略目标的顺利实现构成严重威胁。用数字化赋能企业内部培训管理,提高组织效率和效能、降低企业成本成为一个必然趋势。 本文以SG公司为研究对象,基于培训、数字化转型等核心概念,深入研究了强化理论和柯克帕特里克模型等相关理论。结合SG公司内部培训管理数字化转型的实际情况,采用文献分析法、访谈法和问卷调查法等多种研究方法,全面分析了制造型企业SG公司在内部培训管理数字化转型过程中遇到的问题。结合SG公司的发展战略和业务特性,本研究提出了具体的优化方案和保障措施,旨在解决现有问题推动SG公司内部培训管理数字化转型的顺利进行。 培训管理数字化变革的成功在于连接之前处于“孤岛”的数据,并将它们收集一个系统内进行数据统计、分析、决策。通过对培训数据的收集与深度分析提供关于企业内部培训管理数字化转型可复制的成功经验,可以将数字化的培训管理在全公司推广。并且数据驱动的决策将人才发展与组织发展战略紧密结合,这对公司战略目标的顺利实现有巨大的帮助。 本研究既将企业内部培训管理置于数字化转型的时代大背景下,还充分利用了最前沿的数字化技术来优化企业内部培训管理流程。随着数字化技术的广泛应用,未来企业的培训管理将全面实现数字化。因此,SG公司的案例为其他类似企业培训管理的发展提供了宝贵的经验。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the emergence of the internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and other digital technologies has led to the development and popularization of the concepts of "digital economy" and "digital transformation". Novel technologies have been driving significant changes and the process of digitization is spreading across the world. Domestic businesses remain committed to exploring the shift towards digital management and informatization. Manufacturing companies form the underlying structure of China's economic progress, currently at a crucial point in digital transformation. With the advancements in digital technology, companies' in-house training proves inadequate in catering to employee training requirements, resulting in sluggish personal growth and subpar performance. This impacts the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market and thereby jeopardizes the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Digital empowerment of internal training management, improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, reduce corporate costs has become an inevitable trend. This study examines internal training management in SG Company using a case study approach and analyzing relevant concepts and theories, such as reinforcement theory and the Kirkpatrick model. Through literature analysis, interviews, and questionnaires, the digital transformation of internal training management in manufacturing enterprises is analyzed, with a focus on the challenges encountered. This analysis serves as the foundation for proposing targeted optimization solutions and safeguards for SG Company based on its development strategy and characteristics. The paper aims to address the existing problems in internal training management through a logical, objective, and balanced assessment. The achievement of effective digital transformation in training management relies on the integration of data from previously isolated silos into a single system for statistics, analysis and decision making. Through the analysis and summarization of training data, digital training management may be advanced across the company. This process involves collecting data and conducting in-depth analysis to provide replicable and successful experiences on the digital transformation of in-house training management, which significantly contributes to the successful realization of the company's strategic goals. This paper focuses on the synergistic merging of in-house training and digital transformation. It contextualizes in-house training management within the realm of digital transformation and incorporates the latest digital technology and thinking into in-house training management. With the burgeoning and widespread usage of digital technology, the management of training in enterprises will be completely digitized in the future. This study not only puts into practice and validates the theory of digital transformation in the domain of in-house training management, but also serves as a reference for the development of similar enterprises to SG in the era of digital transformation.
