| 中文摘要: | 实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大战略部署,是新时代做好“三农”工作的重要抓手,对实现城乡协调发展、实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。乡村振兴,重点在人,关键在青年,尤其是为促进农村经济发展,激发农业发展活力而创业的农村青年。农村创业青年的创业基础相对薄弱,无论是理论指导还是技术支持都存在一定水平的欠缺,但随着互联网的广泛应用以及数字赋能经济发展,农村创业青年学习和提升的机会增多,因而,农村创业青年能否有效提升数字素养,利用数字赋能创业项目,对发展农村企业、促进农村经济发展起着至关重要的作用。 鉴于来自现实和理论两方面的情境需求,本文在乡村振兴背景下,认为农村创业青年所接触的数字应用情境是指在学习工作生活中为解决问题或完成任务等,运用数字认知和技能等实施的行为和实践的一种应用情境,在这种情境中所呈现的解决问题或完成工作任务等的能力以及呈现的数字价值认知便是其数字素养的体现。研究将围绕农村创业青年所处的数字技术情境,对周围环境的感知、探索和识别,包括数字信息获取、筛选、共享、创造以及利用数字信息解决问题的能力,根据其数字价值认知和数字素养能力等分析农村创业青年的数字素养模式,并提出提升路径,助力其数字化能力的提升。 通过实证研究,发现农村创业青年数字素养包括两个方面:一是农村创业青年的数字价值认知指的是在数字应用情境中所展现的数字判断、数字评价以及数字技术信任度。并且存在差异性、局限性的特征。二是农村创业青年的数字应用能力包括数字获取与整合,数字创造与改造,数字沟通、共享与合作,数字问题处理以及数字安全保护。数字应用能力呈现自主性、单一性、零散性等特征。质性分析得出影响农村创业青年数字素养的因素涉及环境维度、教育维度和主体维度三方面。由此提出进一步完善农村基础设施、建立健全教育培训体系、增强自身数字意识和能力等提升路径。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic plan made at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is an important starting point for the work concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the new era. It is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the realization of the "two centenary goals" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Rural revitalization, the focus is on people, the key is young people, especially in order to promote rural economic development, stimulate the vitality of agricultural development and entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial foundation of rural entrepreneurial youth is relatively weak, and there is a certain level of deficiency in both theoretical guidance and technical support. However, with the extensive application of the Internet and the development of digital empowerment economy, rural entrepreneurial youth have more opportunities to learn and improve. Therefore, whether rural entrepreneurial youth can effectively improve their digital literacy and make use of digital empowerment entrepreneurial projects, It plays a vital role in developing rural enterprises and promoting rural economic development. In view of the situation needs from both practical and theoretical aspects, in the context of rural revitalization, this paper holds that the digital application situation that rural entrepreneurial youth are exposed to refers to an application situation in which they implement behaviors and practices using digital cognition and skills in order to solve problems or complete tasks in their study, work and life. In this context, the ability to solve problems or complete work tasks and the digital value cognition presented are the embodiment of their digital literacy. The research will focus on the digital technology situation of rural entrepreneurial youth, their perception, exploration and identification of the surrounding environment, including the ability of digital information acquisition, screening, sharing, creation and solving problems with digital information, analyze the digital literacy model of rural entrepreneurial youth according to their digital value cognition and digital literacy ability, and propose ways to improve. To help improve their digital capabilities. Through empirical research, it is found that the digital literacy of rural entrepreneurial youth includes two aspects: First, the digital value cognition of rural entrepreneurial youth refers to the digital judgment, digital evaluation and digital technology trust displayed in the digital application context. And it has the characteristics of difference and limitation. Second, the digital application ability of rural entrepreneurial youth includes digital acquisition and integration, digital creation and transformation, digital communication, sharing and cooperation, digital problem solving and digital security protection. The digital application ability shows the characteristics of autonomy, singleness and scattered. The qualitative analysis shows that the factors affecting the digital literacy of rural entrepreneurial youth involve three dimensions: environment dimension, education dimension and subject dimension. Therefore, it is proposed to further improve the rural infrastructure, establish a sound education and training system, and enhance their digital awareness and ability. | |
