| 英文摘要: | The advent of the digital age has changed the business environment, and enterprise digital transformation has become an inevitable trend, however, to successfully implement digital transformation, it is far from enough to rely only on technology and tools. Enterprises need to establish a digital culture as a solid guarantee for the transformation. In the digital age, companies must constantly adapt to rapidly changing market and technology trends. The rise of digital technologies has changed consumer behavior, business competitive landscape and market dynamics. To remain competitive and achieve sustainable growth, companies need to rethink their business models, processes and strategies. This is the core objective of digitaltransformation. Digital transformation is not just about adopting new technologies, but also about changing the culture and internal workings of an organization. This means that businesses have to embrace digital thinking and incorporate digital into their DNA.This requires the building of a digital culture. This paper takes LK Company as the research object to discuss the importance of digital culture construction for digital transformation. Digital culture encourages employees to actively explore new ideas and methods. It is not just about innovating in terms of technology, but also in terms of business models, products and services. This culture makes the business more flexible and able to adapt quickly to change. A digital culture emphasizes the value of data.
